It turns out they were giving away for free the exact same pen I had, and the salesperson gave one to my roommate and I. The salesperson, Anatonia, was friendly and professional. She offered for us to try some of their own brands or vape juice. They were really good and we bought a couple of bottles. She took the time to show us a bunch of different products, at the same time helping another customer and never missing a beat with both of us. Excellent service like this is what will bring me back to this store and their website; you should check them out too.
