I had tried icing, rest, accupuncture, compression, you name it..anyway, my first session Dr Reza said the pain was due to a weak hip flexor on the opposite side. He did an adjustment and recommended some hip flexor strengthening exercises. The pain was gone from that first adjustment and six months later has not returned. I've been doing bi-monthly adjustments since and couldn't recommend his office more. Brittany at the front desk is wonderful and I'm usually in and out of the office (including adjustment) in 15 minutes.

She wouldn't recommend it for me. During my visit, she leaned on the counter like she was bored or hung over. She listened, but didn't offer any advice to my questions, except she wouldn't recommend scripts I inquired about. I will not be going back to her, I was not impressed nor felt like she cared. The receptionists and the ladies in the front are very professional, efficient, and no-nonsense. Claudia, the nurse in the back, is also very straightforward, quiet, and asks you about your history and issues. Dr. Kusic? HE IS SO AWESOME! He has a great sense of humor and is quite hilarious, but also very professional, listens to you, knowledgeable, straightforward, and doesn't rush at all. He gives you plenty of time to change your garments, answers all your questions without any shaming, and sits down to talk to you for a bit before you leave (for prescriptions and any other questions in his office). Prescriptions are sent digitally so your meds are already ready for you when you get to your preferred pharmacy. However, when it comes from asking questions about billing or anything else related then I did not ever get a call back. They only call when money is to be collected. When I first went to the center they said I only had to pay 70 dollars because my insurance covered a portion- okay I get it so I did Then I get billed another 24 dollars because the insurance never took care of the rest? They're never transparent about their pricing and it doesn't look very good. Emails after emails and calls to them never answered until the receptionist called me to ask for the remaining amount. I said- if I were to receive therapy from here then I would like them to answer the phone more and to be more transparent. And I didn't feel comfortable paying the rest if I didn't get a call back. YEARS later I don't get a call but an email asking me to pay. What communications are in place and how can I speak to a real person? This isn't fair and I would like to have a full run down of the pricing listing before making anymore payments. That hasn't happened and they go back on their word. Not fair at all
