During these COVID times, I know that doctors are tired, overworked. I have talked to several…read moredoctors who have worn their frustrated, overwhelmed, fatigued (and understandably so) hearts on their sleeves. Dr. Nunez was by far one of the most gentle, patient doctors I have seen during these times. She listened very patiently to my longish list of complaints. She asked clarifying questions about exact dates of previous medications, and made sure that she got that information correct. She never rushed me. She never cut me off. She never downplayed my concerns. I am incredibly happy that she was in my insurance's network of covered doctors. I believe that Dr. Nunez will be the one to solve my health problems. I will be very happy to leave another glowing review once I start to feel like myself again.

Everyone is quite nice in the moment however when it comes to scheduling it could be better. I have been given the run around and not provided clear instructions on the processes they have in place. Especially when all you're having is a telehealth visit. I wouldn't recommend this practice given these reasons and I will not be returning.
