So I'm giving a review today because I'm sincerely concerned and tired of what I keep seeing . This isn't my first location for adma I know how they typically move and some of the best people work in them however the powers that BE has a bottom line that is to be met and they're meeting them at the expense of the morality of the employee's and that Continues to impact the wellbeing of the entire operations of said centers all in which I've donated at Norcross,marrietta,Kennesaw and now conyers in the time I've experienced all these location something most of the staff don't even know of these same spots. The same is constant throughout (PS.Cladia it definitely not you so bare with me)so this tells me it isn't the staff no it is the upper management see every one has someone they kick down to get the bottom line completed... There lay the issues (culprit) inadequate communication ,inability to respectfully communicate. See when individuals aren't being heard on either side (Huston) there's a problem and this isn't going to last in this way very long because we all are adults so speaking to people nice nasty is a HUGE problem ... 1.when you hired and trained someone now they know and understand what to do ,but to add hoops to jump thru not good 2. I have seen adma promote within,just not hire enough people to make it not always be a issue of over worked people. If you take care of your people they will take care of you ADMA! I is so obvious these crews are not happy and over worked all the time.... Do some anonymous surveys In these surveys ask real stuff find out what people are feeling. If you gotta see if it is a person who makes everything difficult that doesn't have to ask names remember it is anonymous why run off 5 people and it could have only been one,every 3 to 6 mths and see the truth at some point you should want to stop the habitual turnaround the donors ME hates it.... My company did the survey thing and one of my suggestions was implemented I asked that the trainers to not be the sole trainers because me having the one I had she was a lot and I almost quit before even starting because of that one persons energy I got a different person to complete my training with and I did extremely well. ADMA We are your TRUE employer Without us the donors there's no you ADMA we need you and you need us.. I hope the powers that BE sees this read more

When they bring you back to donate you sit in a chair and if they bring back people that have been there less time than you 30 minutes later they service those people first and make you sit there for an hour. They're a bunch of jackasses read more

Slow, unorganized, and unprofessional. If they have to adjust a payment you have to continuously follow up with them because they write your info on a post-a-note. I arrived at 6:05am and aim still waiting to get vital check 35 minutes later. They don't have a headphone policy do you will hear every clients music or videos while waiting. No automated scheduling this place is a circus and notches below Freedom and BioLife Plasma. read more

No need to go there. They dont have any automation or biometrics for scheduling. Only one phlebotomist on duty. And neither one of the two days i attempted donation were willing to try a vein. They give strangely vague instructions: "Drink water. Try again tomorrow. 1100 is a good time." You hav to ask their hours. They are open at 0700. Even though they are much closer. Will go back to Biolife. Atleast 30 min drive. They ALWAYS found a vein. Have atleast two TRAINED phlebotomist on duty. ADMA will be out of business the day BIOLIFE decides to put a center anywhere near conyers. read more

I'm really not sure as to why it now takes over 2 hours to be callled. Took 30 min to get screened now it's going on 2.5 hrs waiting ! Some of the staff are ok but the wait time is now insane! No bueno . read more

Do not come here. They are ghetto and the phlebotomist barely know how to stick.You constantly here them talking about their personal life on the floor . I try to give this place a chance because it's convenient in my town but they're terrible and I'd rather drive back to Snellville. They just deferred (8 weeks) me for the second time and then had the audacity to only give me half pay which I've never heard of . Once they stick you , you need to give full pay and then when I called to figure out why they stated a complete lie. I will complain with corporate and never come back. They'll be out of business soon I'm sure of . read more

On my first and last visit, the employee at the front desk was pleasant enough. However, the apathy from the rest of the employees is thick. An employee came to take me back into the facility without a "Hello" or even an attempted half smile. She handed me off to another employee who shuffled up and only said "Show me your arm. Make a fist." After examining both arms she called over another employee to take a look. The first examiner then said she was going to lay down. I guess neither examiner could find a vein as the second examiner said "I'm gonna say no. You need to hydrate and come back in a couple of days." I said "okay" and left. No one bothered to even prick my finger and do a hydration test as I can assure you that I'm am fully hydrated, do not drink alcohol or smoke, avoid fatty foods and am physically fit. I got there at 7:15am because I thought they might be busy but there were at least 5 times as many employees vs the amount of patients. Most of the stations were empty and most of the employees simply sitting together and talking. The process and service at ADMA BioCenters is so different from CSL Plasma that I don't think I'm going back to ADMA. It was a total waste of time. read more

By far one of the worst plasma centers. They are not clear on how the payment works. The amount is subject to change at any time and they will not honor the previous one. The staff can make you feel uncomfortable when they are digging the needle in your arm looking for the vain that they missed. Most of the good staff ends up leaving so your stuck with new people who are practicing on you. If you refer some one you do not get the money until they have successfully completed 2 donations, they will not explain that either. We'll it is convenient if you don't have a car. read more

I wanted to contribute to the world (and get a little extra money). I walked in today at 4:34PM, hearing the ladies behind the desk about cutting the physicals early. They signed me in, walked me to the back for my "physical", looked at each arm, said they see and feel a vein but it's too close to a bone?!?!? Told me "No"! I asked if I could come another day and try again, and was told I could try to donate at another center like BioLife??? That's called refusing to even try to get my donation bcs I'm fat! Good job! They took one look at me and knew they weren't even going to try! Guess what?!? I'm a human too, with healthy plasma, that would have helped someone! If you are a bit overweight, don't waste your time or your plasma here! I'd really rather give you zero stars! read more

Drove 45 mins to get told I had to do a blood sample! Got paid $10 for a blood sample and then had to wait 4-5 days to be told I could donate. I worked a 10hr shift and came straight here after work to donate after getting the call that I could come just to be told I couldn't donate because they couldn't do a physical due to them stopping physicals a 5:30. why would that not be told to someone when they get a call giving them the ok to come back after 6 months. Nothing about that time frame on the website. When I said told the girl I drove 45 mins after working a long 10 hr day just for her to say I can't donate she just looked at me before she said anything. very upset and feel like they are playing with my time at this point. Drove 45 mins 2 times just for them to say I can't donate. What a waste of time! along with not very friendly front desk people. Highly upset and feel like these people don't care about other peoples time. read more

If I could, I would leave a zero. I am so very angry! Here is my husband's experience at ADMA Biologic Centers in Conyers, GA: On November 23, 2021, my husband went to ADMA Biologic Centers in Conyers, GA. While there, he was attached to the machine that extracts plasma. This machine alerted 3 times, indicating a high pressure return, which means the blood was returning too quickly into his body, which could have had serious consequences by allowing air into his bloodstream. While this machine alerted, staff were observed standing around in a conversational group. They were laughing and talking while not attending to the high pressure return. But, foolishly, thinking it was just a bad day, he returned on November 26, 2021. In this attempt to donate, he was turned away because his blood pressure was too low - 88/44. He left and immediately went to a nearby Publix and found his blood pressure to be 110/70. Their policy is to not retest blood pressure (although they do retest for pulse rate). I believe they had not properly calibrated their blood pressure machines, which is something they are required to do daily. My other concern is this:  the staff there knew he had to drive 45 minutes to get home.  If his blood pressure was that low (which obviously was NOT the case), why did they just send him out the door?  Had he not successfully returned home, ADMA might be writing me a big check! If you want to donate plasma and get paid to do so, I would avoid this place like the plague! read more
