We had other local companies come out and either offer a costly solution that didn't seem to address the issue or they would say nothing was wrong. No one actually took the time to examine the issues and were more interested in who our insurance company was. EP Roofing came out promptly, checked everything out, showed us what was wrong and gave us solutions. The shingles on part of the roof had been put on improperly( not overlapping the edge of the roof) and water was dripping into the trim causing leaks in the house. They fixed the problem in one day replacing a lot of shingles and rotted wood. We get strong winds from the back that tend to lift up the shingles and poor installation had made this much worse, so they put in better materials and a metal strip to keep water out of the trim. Very affordable and we are painting the trim ourselves to save more money. We trust EP Roofing and very highly recommend them!

Just then he realized it continued through our expensive steel roof & there was a gap between the steel roof & the pipe. The weather called for hours of rain for yesterday. What to do? Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

Mitch was very unprofessional when he came to our house after a tree had fallen on it putting us out of our home for 7 months. My husband was not belligerent or drunk. Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence. Next he came and did the inspection with the insurance adjuster. Cole made sure all the damage was noted. Everything went smooth and Cole and his crew made sure it was an easy process and that our landscaping and attic were properly protected from damage and debris. I called Bluff City Fence for an estimate in repairing a portion of my wood fence that had fallen…read moredown during the recent major storm. I already had two estimates from two other companies. One estimate to repair the fence was for $750.00 and the other estimate was for $800.00. Bluff City was the third company. They came out quickly and emailed me the estimate. Their estimate to repair the fence was for $2,157.00. They we're almost three times as expensive. I knew it would be higher because the other two estimates were from men who worked for themselves and not a larger company as Bluff City Fence. However i was shocked that their estimate was so much higher. Although the estimate was much higher it still did not persuade me from using their service. However what did dissuade me from using their service was when I called their office to check on how long they would give to pay the remainder of the bill after the down payment which was almost half the bill I was expecting the business standard of between 30 to 45 days. The woman I spoke to needed to know if I represented a corporate account or a residential account before she answered. When I told her residential she hesitated for a bit and said two weeks. Wow! Only two weeks to resolve the bill In full. Ok then.. so I decided not to use their services. If you get paid once a month like I do it would be helpful to be on a monthly plan.

This was a weird experience. Let me start by saying that Roof Pro did not end up providing any…read moreservice to me. Instead, oddly enough, after coming out to my house and inspecting the damaged area, Roof Pro told me that THEY did not want to fix my roof because of "liability issues." Admittedly, the job was a little more complex than a basic repair or replacement (it involved skylights and a low sloping section tying into several other sections), but their customer service rep had assured me on the phone that they "wouldn't be afraid" of tackling a tough job. That brashness had disappeared a few days later when he was explaining that my repair was just too complicated for them. I guess I'd rather have a company admit up front that they would be in over their heads as opposed to accepting the job and doing poor work, but come on, I don't think you should use "Pro" in your company name if you are only willing to accept the basic low-hanging fruit jobs.
