She is supposed to be the initial impression, face of the office and she is terrible. She is rude, disrespectful, disengaged, no eye contact, no manners and extremely arrogant and lazy. There are other front desk staff that are amazing. That being said, if I was not interrupted by another front desk person asking if she could help me (clearly she noticed how rude Lisa's behavior was), I would have walked out and never got to see how amazing everyone else was! As a manager of a medical/dental, multi- specialty office, Lisa would not be a part of my office. My brother recommended that we see Dr. Rizzo. He recommended surgery to correct my daughter's misshaped nasal passages. Our insurance would only pay for part of the surgery but Dr. Rizzo assures us that he would do whatever he needed to do to correct the issue and ensure that she would not need additional surgeries down the road. This surgery was a life changer for my daughter! She has been sinus infection free in the 2 years since the surgery and is thriving! She is no longer on any medication. Dr. Rizzo is the reason. The front desk staff gave me a tablet of some sort instead of paperwork to fill out. I was even able to pay via table so it made it east. The clinic was a bit small but I expected it. He did not see much. He ordered CT scan to get a more in-depth review of my sinuses. I liked that he took that extra step. I just received a personal call from the Dr. (before my follow up appt) to go over the results and options. That doesnt seem like a normal practice now days, unfortunately. His professionalism is top notch. I opted for surgery and look forward to getting some relief. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ravi.

It took over an hour to be seen and I had to leave without being seen , when I tried to reschedule. They wouldn't get me back in for three weeks, after bilateral pneumonia!!, how was that follow up? For three weeks they can't get me to listen to my lungs for a five minute follow up. I think the doctors are great if you can get past the rude front office.
