The quality of care is over the top great! Excellent back office staff including the doctors. The one very BIG PROBLEM is the front desk person, Lisa. She is supposed to be the initial impression, face of the office and she is terrible. She is rude, disrespectful, disengaged, no eye contact, no manners and extremely arrogant and lazy. There are other front desk staff that are amazing. That being said, if I was not interrupted by another front desk person asking if she could help me (clearly she noticed how rude Lisa's behavior was), I would have walked out and never got to see how amazing everyone else was! As a manager of a medical/dental, multi- specialty office, Lisa would not be a part of my office. I went to their Surprise location and really felt taken care of. I had my initial consult with Betty, a NP, who was wonderful. She diagnosed me with a polyp and extreme congestion. For the actual treatment I had Dr. Smedley and his assistant, Savanah. She came in and explained the procedure and follow up extremely well. The actual procedure went so smoothly and was over before I new it. Dr. Smedley does exceptional work. Not only that but his kind, professional demeaner made the entire experience one I would definitely recommend. I was so anxious to go to my appointment. I was seen by Dr. Keelin Schwartz and boy let me tell you she is so amazing!! One of the tests that we needed to do was very uncomfortable and she was so kind and patient with me and did everything she could to make me as comfortable as possible. I felt like I was with a friend! Not only that, but she took the time to answer every single one of my questions regarding the results. I had a pre procedure appointment at the beginning of April. Today, 2/27/26, I had my procedure. As any person would be, I was filled with anxiety. The second I got behind the door to the pre-op room, my nerves ceased a little. Christina is amazing and it was so helpful to hear her recovery story so I could know how my experience would be! Doctor Osborne was nothing but nice and professional! I was so nervous for this appointment but he made sure I was in good hard. Both he and the nurse worked well together and finished my procedure quite quickly, which I appreciated! I highly recommend Oasis in general, but specifically Dr. Osborne for taking his time and making sure I was okay the entire procedure. I will 100% come back to them if I have to and I recommend them to all my friends!!! Used to be a patient at Oasis ENT and have recently moved out of the area. I called two weeks ago to get my medical records and still have not received them. I called for follow up two times and was told they were mailed. Spoke with Diana and I told her that it was unacceptable to have to wait this long she then promptly told me I was rude and hung up on me. Dr. Smedley claimed a very expensive and very messy surgery was needed, but when the ears were checked by another ENT of a higher stature/more educated in audiology, you can imagine our shock to find out the operation was not necessary at all. Very disappointing. Surely this Dr. knows his business, but seems he has gotten off track somewhere in his honesty. Suggestion to you is not to let him do any operation without a second opinion at the very least. read more

Both my husband and I have had procedures performed at Oasis. Hearing test. Explained what he was doing. Kind and gentle bedside manner. Both my husband and I found the process easy. Like many specialists, it can take a few weeks to get an appointment. I'm glad I waited until they had an opening. Both my husband and I have had procedures performed at Oasis. Both times, they made sure we had everything we needed before and after the procedures. Alfred (Al) was who we saw for our initial appointments. We also saw Al for all follow-up appointments. He is incredible. Al knows his stuff. He makes sure everything is explained. He listened to all my concerns, as well as my husband's, when my husband saw him. All of our procedures were performed in the office. My husband and I both had different doctors perform our procedures. We met the doctors day of the procedures. In the building for regular appointments, there is a beverage bar. Hot coffee, tea, and a refrigerator with cold drinks. Having appointments at 6:30am and 7am, I did not have time to grab breakfast. I really appreciated having drinks available. I enjoyed vanilla tea while I waited. We are both much improved after having been taken care of by the staff at Oasis ENT. We have been a patient of Dr. Osborne around 10 years or so. He is very kind, caring and has a good bed side manner. We have also seen Al and Keelin. They are also caring and so helpful. The two ladies at the front check in desk, Lisa and Makayla always welcome you in, remember your name and face, quick and helpful. We have known them For about 6 years? Not happy...Upon my 1st visit, I was surprised to hear that I did NOT have a deviated septum as I was told by 2 other ENT's that I had a deviated septum. However, due to the awesome reviews that Oasis ENT office had, I decided to give it a try and see what could be done for my breathing issues. To my surprise, I was told they could perform the BALLOON SINUS PROCEDURE. I was very excited to hear that's all that I needed to correct my breathing and help also with sinus drainage. The procedure went very smoothly. However, breathing through my nose never improved.. Upon returning to their office for my follow up visit, the doctor told me that I had a deviated septum and proceeded to suggest a different procedure.. I asked the doctor why was I initially told that I DID NOT have a deviated septum during my first visit and that my issue was just narrow sinus passages??? Not happy:-( read more

10 out of 10! This is one of the most amazing doctor's offices I have ever been to. I was referred to my doctor after I had lost a bristle in my ear from a tiny hair color brush. So I thought? Don't ask, just understand I believe I was merely put here on earth to entertain my husband. :D I worked with Chris in scheduling who was so professional and kind. At first I was scheduled for September 30th. My ear was hurting and we are heading out for a vacation soon. He was able to get me in the following morning. I picked up my new patient paperwork from the office right away. I met Daniel who was just as awesome as Chris. This is a busy office. I have never been to an ENT and didn't realize the demand. Oasis is so clean, professional, organized and friendly with ALL patients and one another. I have a lot of respect for doctors who work with their staff they way they do here! It is a happy place. I went in a room to wait my turn and you could see the moisture from everything being wiped down. They treat their patients great and are amazing with kids! I have been going annually to my primary office and share any concerns and they listen. That is it. Crickets. Today at Oasis I saw Dr.Osborne. He is truly a gift. Very professional and good at explaining what was going on and what they were going to do. Not only did he listen, he went above and beyond following through with my concerns. Above any beyond? From what I am used to absolutely! I had an ear exam, a hearing screening with Miss. Melissa the Audiologist who was fantastic,, and I was scheduled for a food and other allergy test! I was prescribed drops to heal my irritated ear. He didn't find anything. Though I swear it is in there. It is small, thinner than string and transparent. I felt it go in and tickle when I would open amd close my jaw??? Haha I may have irritated it by doing a water rinse at home. I learned from him also not to follow any instructions for self care online. I trust him I am just dumbfounded. The ambiounce, professionalism, character, follow through, cleanliness puts this office over the top! Highly recommend. Oasis is so awesome even Dory and Marlin hang here. I went in office for a visit as I have had sinus problems for as long as I could remember. The staff was very thorough and professional. Audrey was the medical assistant, and she was very informative and had a positive attitude. Jenna was my provider for this visit, and she had provided me with so much detail, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had learned a lot from her that day, and she even sent over a prescription right away for a nasal spray which helped a ton! Amber came in to help me schedule my procedure, and she was very kind, and also super informative about the difference between the procedures, doctors, etc. Couldn't have had a better experience, it made me feel very comfortable, and that I was in good hands all around! read more

Great visit to Oasis ENT. I scheduled my first ENT visit with Oasis because they had the best reviews in the area, plus they took my insurance. The initial phone call to schedule was quick and easy. They did call me a few days prior to reschedule (their doctors are focusing on surgeries so they moved my appt to a PA). They got me in just a couple weeks later, and since my situation wasn't urgent it wasn't a big deal. My experience during my appointment was great. Everyone was very friendly and thorough from the front desk to the assistant to the PA. Highly recommended. read more

my biggest pet peeve is when they tell you you need an apointment and waste my time and money. I have a big loss of hearing in one of my ears, they referred me to get an MRI and CT through SimonMed. that was ridiculous that took months and 4 reschedules before I got to go in because they kept scheduling me when they didn't have technicians to run the test. finally they do and get my results. So oasis ENT had me do a follow up and I get a new hearing test done, he tells me my results(no change). which they should have already known since they had my Ct results and knew my hearing loss had nothing to do with the sinus surgery they gave me --- whicy BTW the dr didn't even do a balloon dialation (when he was supposed to based off my other dr here. I go and I am waiting an hour and half to see my dr for this bullshit follow up they said I need - just for her to give me a referral for surgery (which I don't need because my insurance doesn't require a referral) and to tell me what the hearing test dr said just an hr prior at my follow up hearing test the same morning as this follow up. and that was that nothing changed. 2 hrs of my life and another co pay later. of course when I was like are you kidding me, you had me come in for this they insist it's up to my insurance to bill me. I'm not stupid I know that. my question is why tell me I NEED this follow up when the other dr already told me my results, SimonMed had my results on the lab paperwork and you had me come in for this dr to tell me what I was already told and want to call it a follow up --BULLSHIT . Find a doctors that care about you not what's in your wallet. read more

They did a great job getting me ready ahead of time, explained everything in detail and followed up with me after. Took my 9 year old for the first time and I was very pleased! My son has extreme anxiety in Dr settings and is very shy. The Dr was extremely kind and tried to make conversation even though my son was a bit closed off. He was thorough in explaining what was going to be done and even showed some of the equipment to help ease my sons anxiety. Even though my son didn't say much during the appointment, when we left he kept telling me it wasn't so bad and everyone was really nice to him! This is probably the worst customer service I've ever received . Has been nothing but issues from the day that my son got surgery. He had a terrible reaction to the anesthesia. Try to contact the office to see what we needed to do. It took them about two weeks to reach back out to us at that point we had been to the hospital because we didn't have an option . After getting tubes in on January 17. He has another ear infection and it is now April we took him to his regular doctor and it looks like one of the tubes wasn't placed correctly and is falling out. So I contacted this office was on the phone with one of the agents for about 35 to 40 minutes. The rep could not find my son in their records told me he had never been seen there. I gave her the doctors name I gave her the supervisors name, and she still couldn't find him in the system. Than began to tell me that the tubes are supposed to fall out ? Put me on hold for another 20 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling back. Got a different agent on the line and she was able to pull him up with no issues now the only issue is he can't be seen for another three weeks. My son has been sick for about two weeks and haven't been able to get in. Please don't go there. The customer service is horrible. read more

My Wife had an appointment for today only to find out that the Doc was out of town. We came home this afternoon to a phone message that we were being reminded that the Doc was out of town and to call back to reschedule. Of course I am pissed at this point so I call the desk and the person answering the phone tells me that they had called weeks ago (Jun 17th) and left a message that the Doc was out. So obviously I'm wrong and she's right, yet if they had left a message I would have received it like the message they left this morning. For the sake of argument I told this person that I would not reschedule and we would take our business elsewhere which she immediately agreed with. The doctor patient relationship here is damaged due to the lack of and timely followup by his staff. We will ask for any and all records to seek a Doctor and staff that is more attentive to their patients. read more

Up until this week I would have given Oasis ENT 5 stars. I've been a patient with them for multiple years, going weekly for allergy shots. I was informed this year that since it had been a few years since I was actually seen by one of the Drs there, I would need to schedule an appt with them. Sure, no problem! Since scheduling the appt until now I was laid off from work and am paying on a cash basis, again no problem. Well, I get the text message reminding me of my appt and stating that the visit paying cash would be $85. Again, no problem. I arrive and check in only to be told that they made a mistake and the appt would be $250 not $85. I ask how that could be since I have the text from them stating $85? Well... It seems that even though I have been going there weekly for my shot which had been going through insurance and now paying cash, they don't consider me an established patient since I haven't actually seen a Dr there in a couple years!?!?!? How can I not be an established patient and still be going there weekly for shots?!?! I could understand it if they told me anytime in the last few years that I needed a follow up with a Dr and I ignored it or hadn't been there in years but that isn't the case as up until this year there was no request for me to schedule an appt with the Dr. The nurses reached out to the office manager, and they were told that's the way it is and either I pay the $250 or no more shots. This is a very poor way to treat a long-time patient and to run a Drs Office! read more

I have been taking my 2 toddlers to see dr Osborne since they were babies. They've had to have several procedures and my oldest sees Maridith for her allergies. Each time we see dr Osborne, Melissa checks their hearing. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this office. They have really good and friendly office managers too. I've witnessed a rude patient and they handled it well. Dr Osborne is so friendly and great with kids. We are never rushed and he takes time to explain and answer questions. Melissa is so nice and great with kids as well. She's super quick and her hearing tests are very kid friendly. Maridith is the allergist nurse and she is fantastic. She is super friendly and informative. She is sweet to my kids and she's quick. I've also had to use their after hours answering service when my daughter was having very sharp ear pain and a visit to PCH earlier that day came back with negative infection or anything concerning. Dr Vasquez called me right back [3 am] listened to me and gave me great suggestions to get us through the weekend. I see several elderly come into this office and I have witnessed the office mgrs/schedulers be kind and accommodating to them. I would definitely recommend this place for children and the old, our most vulnerable. Good, good people work here. read more

I saw dr Smedley on June 15th and I wore a mask. Three people came into the office without masks and I questioned the front desk. I was told it was their option. The week before I had another medical appt and you couldn't enter without a mask...if you didn't have any, one was provided. I explained that to the front desk and was told to ask the doctor. That's appropriate, as he makes the decisions. So when I asked him I was told that it was his decision. The next day it was all over the news that masks were required, because the virus is on an upswing. Now you know why. Needless to say I won't be returning to that office. read more

Dr. Bryan Smedley is an outstanding ENT specialist. I am beyond 70 years old and came into this world with a bilateral cleft palate. Dr. Smedley has been the only doctor who has been able to address my very complicated nose and palate structure and give me the relief I have been seeking as I have aged. Had an appointment for my wife at 11:45. Didn't get in until 1:02 pm. She had scheduled sinus surgery. I told my wife she wouldn't be seen until after lunch.and my prediction was spot on. If I make an obligation or appointment I am there at least 10 minutes early. Absolutely unacceptable wait time. Hopefully Dr's and staff will adjust (I doubt it). After reviewing weeks of visits, labs and tests elsewhere- he confidently knew how to help my daughters rare situation. His knowledge and genuine concern for my daughter made a very challenging situation bearable and even enjoyable. Additionally, his in office staff AND the hospital we had her surgery at- spoke so highly of Him and his exceptional abilities.
