They have completely lost sight of how to deal with the public and only know their "corporate rules" and how to shove them down your throat. The previous management actually smiled, were courteous, and always helpful...we have been with Storage Solutions for over 10 years and the woman behind the desk never took that into consideration when throwing the new "corporate rules" at us. As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.
