The florist told me my shirt caught her attention because her name is also MICHELLE ( my moms name) which meant i was meant to be there i immediately became teary eyed and got chills because i felt my mom with me. Recently, while out for a walk, I decided to stop in for a coffee--and I was so impressed by how peaceful and beautiful this place is. From the moment you arrive, you're drawn in by the vibrant colors of the flowers and their sweet scent. It truly feels like stepping into a garden. I absolutely love the concept of a flower shop and coffee house combined. On my most recent visit, I tried the Lavender White Mocha Latte, and it was perfection. The flavors were beautifully balanced, with a true taste of lavender--exactly what I love in a lavender latte! The warm, welcoming service and the cozy atmosphere make this a place I always look forward to visiting. Sitting among the flowers with a great cup of coffee is such a peaceful experience.

I found Lily's in Ventura and picked an arrangement with blooming peace lillies, English ivy, a fern..very impressive..for around $100. The picture of the arrangement my son sent was NOTHING like the picture in the ad. When I called their customer service number, they couldn't look up the order by the order number OR the name and would have to call me back. They DIDNT. When I finally got someone supposedly at lilys, they had no idea what was sent. They needed more pictures..other than the one I sent and they wanted measurements..can you imagine asking a gift recipient to do all this work when the photo shows PLAINLY it's smaller with cheaper plants? This is not a local florist where they take pride in the arrangements..it's some kind of internet string of disjointed departments none of which takes responsibility for what is sent out.

PLUS, their amazing bouquets have so many different flowers: roses, hydrangeas, gerber daisies, snapdragons, huge stargazer lilies, and more! The fragrance still fills my room! They'll also go out of their way to provide for unusual, special needs. When I needed several gardenias for corsages & boutonnières for my husband's funeral last year? they did a custom order from Mexico and even brought them to the church for our grandchildren to wear.
