I was almost given the flowers without a banner at all and was instead offered a pre-made one that didn't match my request. I understand things happen, but for the price paid, I expected the order to be completed as requested or to be informed ahead of time :(. especially since I called a day before to place the order and i've been here multiple times for other occasions.
