I have never been happier with any groomer that I have taken care of my dogs. Over the years I've had several dogs as pets and I'm fully aware of how variable groomers can be. I have never been as satisfied with any groomer as I have been with Karlyotta at Oasis. The true test I think is my dog's reaction to her and it is clear that Winnie (my pup) likes Karlyotta. It is also clear from the way that Karlyotta treats her. When we bring our pets to any groomer, we want to feel that our pets will be safe with her and that the grooming will be taken care of professionally and with great care. Winnie always looks great when finished. Karlyotta is the type of person that cares about her business and is very accommodating to the clients. This week I had mistakenly missed an appointment for Winnie and Karlyotta was able to reschedule her grooming for the following week. I know of few groomers that are so accommodating. I would recommend Karlyotta and Oasis without any reservations whatsoever. Give Oasis a try if you are currently looking for a dog groomer or even if you are not looking. You won't be disappointed.

I was travelling over 25 miles each way to a groomer who took "difficult dogs" because the groomer I had for my previous rescue dog (who sadly left me for The Bridge) would not take "snippy" dogs. Then, my new veterinarian recommended The Mutt Hutt to me and I am EVER SO GLAD. I thought what in the world but just brushed that comment off. Then when I picked her up she looked like a rat and all you saw was her skin. I didn't say anything so that I didn't make a scene bc i was livid, I took my bill and left and I did not tip her. In fact I'm never going.back again. She did a terrible job.

I pet him & he did snap at me. I did pass it along to the girl who took my dog. They charged me $ 84.00 for a $78.00 service. Plus I paid an additional $25.00 for additional services, that 1/ 2 were not done. I phoned the grooming salon and spoke to a young man and he apologized and said it is that way on the app, because that's were I booked the appointment. However he said they have problems w their computer. I relayed to him that I felt this was questionable business. When I told him about the additional services I paid for and did not get. He put me on hold to go get a manager, who in fact never came to the phone. Then to top it all off @ the register they ask u to buy something for donations to the cat area they have. The bone was never put in my bag And the credit/ debit machine always has issues when I go in there. Oh and the real banger, he is scalped :(
