I was travelling over 25 miles each way to a groomer who took "difficult dogs" because the groomer I had for my previous rescue dog (who sadly left me for The Bridge) would not take "snippy" dogs. Groomer acted like she knew exactly what I wanted and told me to come back in two hours. I arrived back to the doors closed and the groomer and her husband/boyfriend screaming at each other calling each other every name under the sun. I called and told her I was there and they quickly shut up and opened the door. I was pissed to find out that my dog was on the grooming table the whole time this fighting was going on. She quickly handed me my dog and I handed her the money and ran out I didn't wanna leave her a tip but I didn't wanna spend one more second in that place. When I got in the car I noticed one of my dogs nails was bleeding and one wasn't even cut. On top of that I noticed two nice sized cuts on his inner leg. The icing on the cake for me was she completely disregarded me and buzzed my dog and left his neck and face hair long. My dog looked like a fricking lion I was not happy. Never again will I go here and I caution others as well.

Instead of respecting that, Bridget contacted my partner and gave him incorrect information, which resulted in him being charged for a cat that is not even under his account. On top of that, I was told one thing about my cat's paw plan, while my partner was told something completely different. That is not just poor communication -- that is misinformation. When you are dealing with people's pets, their money, and their trust, there is zero room for careless mistakes or conflicting stories. This whole situation could have been avoided if Bridget had simply listened and followed clear instructions. Pet owners deserve transparency, accuracy, and basic respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
