I emailed this establishment and I believe the owner or manager responded quickly and told me I could come in today without an appointment. We messaged back and forth which I love the communication. I arrived and upon first entry the place was super clean and the air was fresh not the chemical smell you sometimes have in a nail salon. Everyone was very welcoming even the customers had the content look on their faces just a relaxed atmosphere. I sat down for my pedicure and it was luxurious start to finish they even use fresh lemons and oranges for the volcano pedicure which was nice. I also received a warm neck pillow which was shocking and very delightful. The entire experience was just relaxing and felt great to be pampered. My nail tech was super sweet and she did her job very well repairing my chipped nail and getting my feet back to looking decent enough to show off. I had a little discrepancy with my full set when I left and I contacted the owner and they repaired it without a problem. This entire experience has been wonderful and I will be brining my husband back to put the seal of approval but I know this will be our nail salon from now on. She does complete measurements of your face for accurate placement for natural eyebrows. Its hard to judge that yourself if its subtle. I was shocked how one of my eyebrows was completely misplaced, crazy. I dont know how she fixed it so perfectly but she did. Magically. My brows had also lost volume (im being kid to myself) and I was spending so much time every morning to try to most naturally pencil and shape my eyebrows. Every day. Geez, I am a new person after Renata completed the microblading. I get so many compliments and my eyebrows are perfect and natural and I don't need to do anything to them before going out. Unfortunately, my lashes did not come out how they are supposed to. If you have never done a lash lift before, your lashes are supposed to have a natural upward curve to them. Mine were straight up (no natural curve and touching my eyelid) and look a little frizzy. I look like my lashes were blown up in the wind and are frozen in place. I have to stay like this for 8-12 weeks. Extremely upset. My bottom lashes (which are not supposed to be touched during this process) look frayed. I contacted the merchant via Instagram, email, and phone. I asked to speak to the owner and they did not call me back or try to speak with me. The esthetician responded to my email saying my lashes were lifted and called saying no refunds will be issued per the contract. I'm more upset at the lack of professionalism from the owner. I thought with all the great reviews provided on Yelp, I would at least receive a call regarding my disservice to at least fix my lashes or hear my concerns. I would not recommend this place at all! She is also really good at things you don't even know you need... For example, a lot of people don't know that getting black brows can mean that your color can fade to blue black. Also, you might want to discuss pigment with your makeup tattoo artist because you might want the kind of pigment that deliberately fades. As you age, you may have to consider moving your brow line higher as your face droops. Depressing, but true, and you might discuss using an ink that will fade so that eventually your brows can be moved higher without having to remove pigment that is located too low on your face. She does radio frequency treatments for myself and for my mom who has just turned 80 and has pretty damn good skin. She also does lots of other sorts of skin treatments and does not do trendy ridiculous things, she is a professional who really does know how different vitamins and chemicals will react to your skin and who can help your skin look its best.
