Kristin was very accommodating and flexible. In the very beginning, we wanted to do 8 hours of photobooth. However, our guest count reduced significantly, so we ended up just doing 2 hours. The photobooth included different kinds of props, unlimited printing, your own choice of backdrop (you can see the options on their website) and I made our own layout for the photos. She was able to provide a quote during our initial phone call, which was impressive, especially compared to other florists who took weeks -- even months -- to send one over. She worked within my budget and thoughtfully suggested ways to repurpose ceremony arrangements for the reception, which helped us save money. One challenge I experienced was at the start of our time working together. When I requested a few edits to the contract, it was initially difficult to get in touch with her or her team. As someone who is very Type A, the contract details were extremely important to me, and I felt hesitant signing before those revisions were made. Unfortunately, it took nearly two months to receive a response, and I had to follow up multiple times via email and text before hearing back. Additionally, her quote was presented as one full price rather than itemized. Other florists I spoke with provided itemized breakdowns, which I personally appreciated in case I needed to remove or adjust specific pieces. That said, for the price we paid, her work was truly beautiful and well worth it!
