During the holiday season I entered a contest for a local spa and won a free facial! With every ounce of anxiety I booked it for a week or so later. Driving there I went through every bad experience I have had with skincare in my life. All of the skincare parties I went to where my skin felt like it was burning off even if the products was deemed "for sensitive skin", played through my head over and over again. After I parked and took a deep breathe I made my way into the building. As I entered the space it was amazing. Not only was it bright and welcoming (and smelled fantastic) but I saw they used CBD skincare products which I have been interested in. I was greeted by Michaela who was beyond welcoming and sweet. I loved her welcoming, loving and laid back attitude. She stared by showing me around the spa. I saw the couples massage room and she showed my their pod. I plan to go back to take full advantage of that amazing machine! Ask for her to explain it to you when you go in! It's amazing! Then we began the facial. She offered for me to lay under covers or over them. It was sooo nice to have the choice. Then I laid down on one of the contest massage tables I've ever been on. I felt like I was floating but being hugged my a cloud at the same time. When the facial started I was amazing at how relaxing it was. Michaela's movements over my face automatically relaxed me. I felt like I could of drifted into a state of euphoria if she just continued to massage my face. She then explained that I won a dermaplane facial. She then took a small razor and took off all the dead skin and hairs from my face. It felt like the lightest scratches and it ticketed in certain spots. After she placed a cbd mask on my face. Although not normal my skin loved it and there wasn't a mask to wash off. I guess it was thirsty and did like cbd products (haha). At the end she handed me a mirror and I felt like she had taken 5-10 years off of my skin as well as brighter my complexion. It was amazing! Needless to say.... she has converted me! As someone with sensitive/dry skin I would recommend this spa over and over again! I will be first in line when she releases her CBD skincare line!!!

I opted for a facial but I don't believe she had any training whatsoever as it was the worst facial of my life. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. She is dishonest and untrained aesthetically. Don't waste your time or money here as there are plenty other real aestheticians nearby.

I made an appointment with Jerry the owner to discuss this and she admitted her practitioner Bonnie shouldn't have put it in the top of my forehead and this is why my eyebrows were sagging. She did offer to inject more to try to fix it but after this nightmare, I didn't want anything more done and just wanted a refund. She refused and said it was company policy. She is the owner and refused to give me my money back. She said I had to pay for the product. M face should be back to normal in a couple months I hope. I will have to live like this until then. Accidents happen but a good business will backup their work. I don't recommend this business. Because my face is so noticeable, I have to let people know what has happened which is even more embarrassing. When they ask where I went, I will make sure to tell them and word travels fast. I did love my nail tech at seat 10 and allowed her to freestyle the flowers on my accent nails. The pricing was good and once we started, the process was pretty quick. Unfortunately, 3/10 of my nails chipped or cracked within 9 days of getting my nails done. This is super frustrating as I tip well and expect them to last at least 3 weeks. I paid $45 which is great pricing plus a $10 tip but the fact that they chipped after less than two weeks ruined it for me. I don't love the builder gel but feel like you need to get it for your nails to last here. Unfortunately, after the long wait and the gel not lasting at all, I do not think I will come back. I'm very disappointed as I loved the location and the nail tech.

I found Natalie on yelp and was a little nervous about having her do my make-up without knowing what she'd be like in advance. I decided to do a pre-trial run through and was blown away by her professionalism and talent. She did such an excellent job, I was so excited to find her. She used great products, and did a phenomenal job of balancing a natural but elegant look. I decided to go with the airbrush makeup, which I would highly recommend- it stayed throughout the night! My bridemaids and moms also loved her! Some of them are pretty particular about getting their makeup done, and they were fully impressed and complimentary about Natalie! I did a trial with her before the wedding and she was so pleasant to work with, not to mention she did a great job. She took her time and made sure I was 110% satisfied with what she had done, continuing to get my opinion along the way, not every make-up artist will do that. She came on sight the day of the wedding and everything was perfect! The airbrush looked flawless and I didn't have to touch up the whole night! I got so many compliments on my make-up, and really enjoyed having Natalie be a part of my big day!
