You get F... on the month unlimited tanning. It's not 30/31 days. ASK before you buy. And tanning lotions...double $$$. And the inside top of the beds are NOT WIPED clean. So don't go here they don't know what they are doing when they sell someone lotion they said I would do good with this one lotion the package for it was outrageously over priced.Then I used the lotion a couple times but when I showered noticed it was more just a tan in a bottle so when I bathed I was just as pale as I was when I first started laying they would only let me lay for like 6 minutes and I'm very dark skin so I tan easy so by the 6th tan I still had nothing plus the lotion gave me an allergic reaction and made my Brest feel like they was being stung by 1000 bees don't go here they will almost kill you and say they know what they are talking about read more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! I went to this "salon" for a Brazilian wax. The young girl with blue hair who greeted me was delightful (she is the ONLY reason for awarding this horrific place 1 star). I was taken to the waxing room where I proceeded to remove my under garments and sit on the bed. I didn't think to look first (my MISTAKE) as I have had this service done hundreds of times at various salons. After sitting with my bottom exposed I noticed a couple stains, wet spots and dried wax on the bed covering. I immediately hopped up and, of course, snapped a photo. It was only then that I looked at where I had been sitting. It looked like a piss covered dog bed At this point (before I could take more pictures) the waxing woman entered. I explained that I was leaving because I was thoroughly disgusted. She informed me that the sheet looked that way because "it had been already USED A FEW TIMES for similar services." She then told me that they had a cabinet full of clean coverings and asked me if I would like one of those. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING!?!?!? I have never exited an establishment that fast in my life! Nor have I ever written a negative review about any business. Keep in mind that this all occurred during the COVID pandemic. The staff is very nice and down to earth. I'm not much of a talker and my pedicurist Krista (I apologize if I spelled that wrong) tried very hard to make conversation with me and make me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. Disappointing. Despite prepping my skin as instructed, a few hours after from getting my spray tan, the color began turning a strange grey, coffee color. I was told that I could shower that evening, so, 10 hours after being sprayed, I showered using only a mild soap with my hands. The color (including the "tan") completely rinsed off. Every last bit of it. Not only did I waste money on a tan that didn't last, but I was also sold a "special" (expensive) body butter that was supposed to make the tan last up to a week. A week?! Disappointed with our services here. I called 2 months in advance to book myself and three others for mani/pedis the day before my wedding. We were not given any special pricing or contract just told we were all set over the phone. When we came in the women who did our services were nice enough, not super welcoming or inviting in general. We were charged $15 more per mani/pedi because we apparently "rented out" the back room even though I was never told this to begin with and was charged $75 per mani/pedi! For such an expensive price, you would think these would last, but my sisters manicure chipped the next day. When I called to follow up the manager wouldn't budge telling us since it was a "party," that was the price even though I was never told that information. The services weren't even performed at the same time. All in all, not good customer service all around. I will not going back there! read more

I called to schedule a nail appointment for myself and several bridesmaids several months before my wedding. We went the day before the wedding and the staff was unwelcoming and rude (not the way to spend your special weekend). Additionally, they offered us a "special party package" that ended up costing an ADDITIONAL $15 dollars per person and the only benefit received was that we were allowed to bring in our own food/drink (none was provided by them). We were told that we would need to put down a $200 deposit because the salon wasn't planning on being open that day.. then when we asked about the additional $15 per person that was not previously mentioned they said they had to close down shop in order to accommodate us and that this cost was to cover that (very contradicting). Also, before we went in we asked about their shellac services and explained that most of us got shellac done regularly. They advised against it but never mentioned any costs associated with removal of polish. Then the day of they charged $20 per person to REMOVE the shellac. This was not a cost that they even noted during the removal process to give us the opportunity to refuse the service, they just added it to the bill. We were extremely shocked when we went to pay at how enormous our bill was and I was incredibly frustrated to have put my bridesmaids in a position to have to pay those outrageous costs. This should have been the time we were relaxing and enjoying the special weekend, but instead this visit was the single most stress-inducing aspect of my wedding. I would never visit this establishment again, absolutely awful. read more

Expensive and quality was not that good. My nail fill was very thick and polish didn't extend to nail base. Technician spoke poorly of Vietnamese salons however they do MUCH better work at half the cost. "Dipping" the nail into the acrylic leaves a bumpy and thick surface. My nail tech had a fit when I came home as my nails looked so unprofessional. read more
