Ty called me back the same day and scheduled my appointment. She didn't charge me a deposit and allowed me to pay the day of my appointment. I even emailed them before the appointment to fill out my forms and they were sent promptly. My actual session with Anne was so amazing. She asked if the pressure and temp were ok. In the end she asked if I had any questions and I told her she did this thing on my back where it felt like she was popping little jelly balls. She explained that's the myofascial and how it builds up and talked about the specific massage Ty does for that. I highly recommend and will be going back! They are pretty booked up but I was still able to book something about two weeks out. Excited to go back.

My boyfriend bought me a groupon for a facial, mani and pedi for my bday. It took me a month to get in after I received the groupon. They never answered the phones and they are so limited with their times, it was so hard to get an appointment. Finally making my appointment, and taking a day off from work because they had nothing available on weekends, they called me an hour before my appointment and told me that my nail tech fell and broke her arm, she wouldn't be in. No problem, things happen, i canceled my appointment because I wasn't going to drive out there for just a facial. I called the following week and it took me 2 months to schedule an appointment after several calls and them not picking up. I told them my groupon was going to be expired and they said they were extending the date. So, fast forward to my appointment, two months later and i called in the morning to see what time it was and the receptions said "i do have to tell you that you nail tech called in sick." After waiting so long to get in, I am again, canceling my appointment because of this nail tech. The receptionist was so rude about the situation and didn't even try to accommodate me. I am not even bothering with rescheduling because i don't want to wait another 2 months to get in. I really have never experienced service this bad at a salon before. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I had bought a $25 Groupon for a mani/pedi and paid $10 to upgrade to gel polish. The woman who did my nails was nice (unlike the receptionists sitting behind the desk, whose personalities left much to be desired), but I think she should have focused more on my nails than on chatting, because both jobs were crappy. She did not apply enough coats on either set, and my pedicure was ruined by the time I got home, thanks to the saran wrap that she insisted on wrapping my feet in before I put on my flats (mind you, this was probably 45 minutes later. I would have been better off without the saran wrap). My gel manicure was streaky and again, I had to ask her to apply another coat or touch a few up. She didn't fill my entire nails, which bugged me. Four days later, my gel polish started to PEEL off in SHEETS. Gel manicures are supposed to last 2-3 weeks. I'm not sure if she just didn't do it right, or what. I'm especially annoyed because not only am I out $45 when all was said and done with a tip, but I'm on vacation with bare nails (not to get all #whitegirlproblems over here, but seriously. Annoying). I certainly will not be returning.
