She was compassionate, responsive and sincere when I contacted her about correcting another person's work and all through our contact, up until our last texting. Our conversations made me feel taken care of and in good hands. The photos and reviews on her website are (mostly) great. She told me she does more corrections than initial liners. After two sessions with her I am sorry to say that she has the best of intentions but, in my case, did a very bad job. She didn't listen to me - twice - when I told her the liner wasn't even. (I showed her a picture from her own website as an example of what I would like. It's the picture below mine.) I went to her for a correction and to add the top liner. The bottom liner now looks worse than the original issue - and this is after the second session touchup that should have finished the corrections on the bottom. In our texting back and forth regarding this she said she could not understand why I came at her with such anger. She was right. I am angry. She also said that I accepted the results after looking in the mirror. She's right again - but ONLY AFTER TELLING HER THE BOTTOM WASN'T EVEN - BOTH SESSIONS - BUT BEING REASSURED BY HER THAT IT WAS AND IT WOULD EVEN OUT. It never looked right to me. I texted her twice after the second session about it not being even and she told it looked great and that I had to trust the process. I finally send her the "angry" text and told her I am getting a saline removal procedure to try to fix what she did and request a partial refund since the top line is OK. She responded that she offered a third session to fix this and that since I was so unhappy we should just part ways. I would not give her a third try after the second fail. read more

Before I contacted Laura, I read all her reviews and looked at all her pictures, so I really researched her and her work. I sent her a picture and a message. I have really large and uneven brows that were honestly not pretty at all. This is what I woke up to every morning and how I was searching for the right artist to help me. She was so honest and professional in her quest to help me. In fact, I was scheduled to see her in a couple days after that initial message. She explained to me that we have to remove the prior color before we begin to create better brows but this would take time. At this point, I was certain she was the right makeup artist just by the professionalism and care that she explained the entire color correction process. My first appointment was amazing. Yes, it's a process however, 12 days later I see a big change in the size and the color. Laura checks in with me as much as I send her progress pictures. I know I need another session of removal or two before we create the new brows, but let me tell you that she is excellent at what she does and I could not have picked a better artist to help me with my brows. When it comes to your face, you need a artist that is experienced and cares for you and your face. I came to her with these awful brows from someone else, and she didn't judge at all, she just took on this new challenge to help me and make me beautiful. I had been interested in getting my brows microbladed and did a bunch of research prior to deciding on meeting with Laura. We discussed the process and she was extremely thorough with answering all of my questions. She was not even the slightest bit pushy and even suggested that I wait until I was completely positive I wanted to proceed with the process. A few weeks later I decided to contact her again to set up my appointment. I ended up scheduling a lash lift along with microblading. She explained everything that she was doing and suggested that I postpone my lash lift until my brow touch up as my lashes were in a regrowing phase and she wanted me to have the best results possible. I am now two weeks past my touch up and my brows (and lashes) are even better than I could have possibly imagined! The shape is so much more perfect than they naturally grow, the color is spot on, and they make me feel so much more confident!
