She was compassionate, responsive and sincere when I contacted her about correcting another person's work and all through our contact, up until our last texting. Our conversations made me feel taken care of and in good hands. The photos and reviews on her website are (mostly) great. She told me she does more corrections than initial liners. After two sessions with her I am sorry to say that she has the best of intentions but, in my case, did a very bad job. She didn't listen to me - twice - when I told her the liner wasn't even. (I showed her a picture from her own website as an example of what I would like. It's the picture below mine.) I went to her for a correction and to add the top liner. The bottom liner now looks worse than the original issue - and this is after the second session touchup that should have finished the corrections on the bottom. In our texting back and forth regarding this she said she could not understand why I came at her with such anger. She was right. I am angry. She also said that I accepted the results after looking in the mirror. She's right again - but ONLY AFTER TELLING HER THE BOTTOM WASN'T EVEN - BOTH SESSIONS - BUT BEING REASSURED BY HER THAT IT WAS AND IT WOULD EVEN OUT. It never looked right to me. I texted her twice after the second session about it not being even and she told it looked great and that I had to trust the process. I finally send her the "angry" text and told her I am getting a saline removal procedure to try to fix what she did and request a partial refund since the top line is OK. She responded that she offered a third session to fix this and that since I was so unhappy we should just part ways. I would not give her a third try after the second fail.

I usually have a high pain tolerance so I don't know if it was the wax they use, if she just wasn't as experienced (she was a new worker) or if I was just having an off day or something. On top of that there were spot of hair that she either missed or didn't do. The lady was nice and sweet and very comfortable to be around. It also only costed me around $74 with tip and tax. Was it the worst, no. Will I come back, probably not. Would I recommend this place, maybe. I think it's a good place to get a moderately priced waxing. Yes waxing is painful, but this seemed like the goal was to get me in and out in 10 minutes or less. It seemed like there was no consideration for my comfort. On top of that, I left every waxing with bruises (which can happen if you're not hydrated) but also burns and raw skin patches that took a long time to heal fully. Any complaints I made, I was told to purchase something from their extensive line of pre and post care ointments and products, and that the wax was kept at a regulated temperatures. I just think customer care wasn't prioritized and it wasn't a great experience.
