I received an Ulta gift card for Christmas specifically for getting an eye brow wax. I had never…read morehad one before and felt it was something that every girl should do at least once. I had intended to make an appointment and come back at a later date but the girl said she could fit me in as soon as she was done with her current client, so I stuck around. My brows are fairly sparse and I was looking to add a bit more arch to them and get a recommendation on make up to use for them. The girl who did the brow wax was very nice and talked me through everything she was doing. She used a new wooden stick for each dip into the wax so it was sanitary. It really didn't hurt much. I had watched a few videos beforehand so I kind of new what to expect. After the waxing, my brows seemed so thin and small but that's not her fault. I just don't have much for brows to begin with. She used a little make up on them (Benefit, of course) and they looked fine. She gave me a slip to take up to the front counter to pay and I was able to leave her a tip on my card. Overall, the experience was great, but I probably won't do it again just because my brows don't really need it. I can get by with just plucking them at home.

I even witnessed a Senior gentleman giving the pharmacy staff a piece of his mind because of their incompetent customer service and attitudes. And talk about SLOW! Pack a lunch if you picking up a prescription. You're in for a wait as the staff moves slower than a snails pace with no regard to your time and patronage. I will not be back and plan to move my business elsewhere. It's really that bad and I'd rather drive out of my way instead of ever visiting this store ever again. I could go on and on.... not just the pharmacy...the general staff up front is just as bad. My hair was a mess and tragically uneven. They were very kind in letting me come back and trying to fix it for me but even that attempt just further damaged my hair. Not even a week later the color was back to uneven. This stylist needs some more training before working alone. Positive notes she wrote me apology and at least the haircut part was good. However, I will never return to this salon next time I will just make sure I don't wait till the last minute to book with my normal stylist. This was very disappointing considering all the rave I heard about there busy VaHi location.
