I booked an appointment and had my 1st laser appointment go off without a hitch. Today I get there for my 2nd appointment and the man at the front desk Rufus tells me that they don't normally do laser it's only addition, they could only treat me if I get additional services because my 1 service was a waste of time when she could be making real money. Needless to say my appointment for the day wasn't completed. It's sad when businesses care more about money than their customers.
