We slowly drove our car into their very busy shop on a Thursday morning and were immediately greeted by two staff who left a project to help us. Within 10-minutes, they had our tire off and in a tub of water to find the leak. Because we had driven a while on a low tire, unknowingly, there was evidence of side wall damage. We dreaded a big bill and long wait. More good luck: a screw was retrieved, the pressure left in the tire was adequate to not ruin it and our hole was foxed within 15-minutes. The auto repair staff and office staff were all wonderful. They were reassuring, honest and made us feel at home. They could have easily put us at the back of the line (we are out of towners) or sold us an expensive new tire. We walked away with a $25 repair bill. They even let us keep our car on their property while we went to breakfast and explored downtown on bikes. You don't find business like this these days. Please give them your business and respect. Wish we lived closer. They would be our go-to for car repairs.

Three months ago I had my car delivered to these guys. After two months I was really surprised they…read morenever called me. I gave them a call and they said they had a wrong number. They told me the number they were calling must have been incorrect and said they left messages, voicemails, etc which wasn't possible because the number they claimed to be calling was a disconnected number, proving they were lying straight to my face about leaving messages. After all this was resolved they hit me with a $3500 quote. I get a call that the work has been completed and get a ride over to their shop (over an hour away) the car wouldn't start and couldn't even be jumped. I leave the car and get another ride back home. They call me a few days later and say they fixed the issue. I go all the way back out there again to pick the car up. After saying they were going to fix the issue on them because it was their mistake, they charged me for the labor. On my way back with the car it stalled out while going 50mph 4 times and was struggling to start back up. The next day the car didn't even start at all. In my attempt to bring the car back to them today it broke down and wouldn't start at all. Bringing it somewhere else seems like the best idea. I will not be coming back and will be letting others know not to go to them. On top of everything they put their oily hands on the cloth of my door card. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was disappointed with the details of the service I received. The actual body work appears to be…read moregood however my car was left with many glass shards in the vents and crevices, which I am still cleaning up. I also was missing a dash button after the body work. I noticed this immediately upon picking up my vehicle. I and was told they would replace it. We called several times regarding this and after 3 months and several calls they refused. While this is just a small cosmetic thing I was annoyed that they would not take the time to fix it. It's pretty obvious to me they had sucked it up in the vacuum. My husband went to the salvage yard and got me a new one free. Lastly, when I picked up my car I had a dead battery which they did charge for me immediately however I also had several low tire pressure lights on. Even after adding air to my tires the sensor did not turn off. It is obvious they had taken my tires off during the body work process but had failed to reset the sensors.
