We hired Adrian to paint our recently remodeled kitchen and office. His team did a wonderful job. Adrian is very knowledgeable and completed the job on-time and on budget. The finished product looks fantastic! One of Adrian's crew discovered some water damage in the kitchen ceiling. Adrian called one of his colleagues who is a plumper and within an hour or two the plumper had sourced the small leak, fixed it, and Adrian's team fixed the whole at no extra cost. ACCP exceeded my expectations of my 3 bd/2 bath home. So awesome, I ended up adding more rooms, an outdoor wall and a unicorn statue to the project. Adrian painting is the best we found, for its best price and best work! When planning to paint my house's exterior and roof fascia, we had 5 painters coming in to check the job and quote. Some of them are contractors, like Adrian, and others are handymen. Among them, Adrian's quoted price is the best (i.e. lowest). The most pricy quote we got was almost twice of Adrian's. Initially we did not intend to ask some many painters for pricing, but along the way we found that some quotes were way high and some others did not include certain tasks, such as cleaning or scraping for preparation. Finally, we got Adrian. His quote is the best and also includes most tasks. They did the best job, much better than we could imagine. Adrian and two his guys showed up very early in the morning. His fellows are as friendly as him. Watching them unloading their tools from the truck, it became obvious that they are professional painters. They worked whole day on the job, completed all tasks into very details. At the end, they even helped us paint an additional door for free, which was not included in the original contract. I bought the paint for window shatter and intended to match it with my door color, but found it was not exact. After they painting the window shatter, they helped me paint the door, for free, to make them in same color. We are so appreciated! read more

Adrian Chavez Custom Painting is a lifesaver! I had previously worked with 2 other painting companies that were wonderful once you were able to officially schedule them, but chasing them down to remind them to give you an estimate was another story. As a soon-to-be, first-time mom, I needed to hurry and get a nursery room painted and one other bedroom I've been meaning to have painted for years. After spending a week trying to schedule my previous painters to come over to measure the rooms and then waiting days for an estimate, I decided I didn't have the time to deal with this crap of constantly following up and waiting. Plus, I'm sure my project was also too small for them to make a priority since they were simply standard sized bedrooms. I took a risk and reached out to other painters. Normally, I try to pick businesses with a ton of reviews but I read all 5 reviews (only 5 at the time) for Adrian and I really liked that the few reviewers had all mentioned using his services for several years. He returned my call the same day I attempted to reach out to him and came over right away to take a look at the rooms. He promised me an estimate the following day but towards the end of the next day when I hadn't received anything yet, I reached out to him and expected radio silence. To my huge delight and surprise, he actually responded back immediately and gave me an estimate the following morning! We quickly scheduled for the following week and his painter even showed up 10 min early! His painter quickly got the job done before the afternoon hit and Adrian even stopped by to check on the progress. I'm so used to contractors lagging and being flakey that working with Adrian was like a breath of fresh air. Not only were his services above and beyond but the paint job looked great as well. I cannot attest to larger, more complex paint jobs as I only needed 2 standard sized rooms painted with no patch work needed, but I will not hesitate to use Adrian's services again in the future for any type of paint project.
