Travell's Quality Painting Pros crew painted the exterior or our 1950's stucco home Sept. 21 - Oct. 2. They did a very professional job and we would recommend them highly. Two years ago Travell's company painted our double hung wood windows after they had been repaired and reglazed. The window repairers gave us very specific directions to relay to the painter. When giving his estimate Travell ticked off all of the boxes, he knew what to do. So when it came to paint the exterior, his company was our first choice. The 2 man crew did fantastic prep. They power washed everything, repaired stucco, sanded and primed all of the wood. The windows were covered and they moved the covers so we could open windows in sections they weren't working. They then used a roller for some of the surfaces and used a sprayer for the rest. After they were done, the house was beautiful and everything was cleaned up. This is 3 years pictures update after the paint. Quality: The paint on the beam started to crack and peel after 2 years. Even on the chimney. The chimney has 4 sides but the guy just painted only 3 sides. We have to ask them to come back and paint the back side that time. Service: There was only 1 person working on my 2 stories house paint job almost entire time. And this project took longer than promised. The guy didn't block the vent when he painted the garage, he sprayed the paint through it which cause paint all over my stuff stored in there. I called back and tell the company, He just yelled at me "I don't know what are you talking about?" This company is very irresponsible. read more

In the end, the house looks good. It was definitely a journey to get this job done. They spent several weeks sanding and prepping. However, they did not tidy up after themselves very well. Some of the contract points were not specified in writing, which was disappointing. There was some prep work that was lacking in its effort especially, on the garage. The garage was never prepped as promised and not even a week after the job was completed the paint s bubbling and peeling off. They did come back and patch those spots but I'm sure there will be more. The awnings did not get painted on the top and the bottom. It was just sprayed once on the top. If you have specific needs for your home, make sure that everything you want done is put in writing, and that the costs are all listed There was also NO longevity guarantee for the work. After years of patching around our stucco house we decided it was time to paint. Travell from Quality Painting Pros was the first estimate and since his estimate was within our budget we decided to go forward and have them paint the exterior of our house. Travell and his crew did a great job from the power wash to the patching of the stucco where needed and the proper masking around the doors, windows and driveway. They also did a great job patching the wood trim as well. If I had a concern or question Travell was on top of it and responded timely. I had a small job that I needed done. I thought I could patch up the ceiling and paint it myself, but I just made it look way worse than when I started. I decided to call a pro, and luckily I found Quality Painting Pros. They were flexible with my schedule, and they were very professional. They were able to contain all of the dust from sanding and painting, so it didn't make a mess in my restaurant. The pricing was reasonable, and they made my ceiling look like new, seamless with the existing structure. I also appreciated the prompt and open communication with Travell, the owner(?). I just wish I had called them from the start instead of wasting my time trying to patch up the area myself. I'm only taking off one star because I decided not to use them for my project. I had QPP out to bid painting projects on the interior of my home. They were responsive to my messages via Yelp and were available the next week to visit my home and create the bid. Their bid pricing was fair and their lead time to start was great. Again, the only reason they are not receiving a 5 is because I cannot attest to the finished results of their work. After talking with them I realized it would be best to finish some interior construction projects first so they can create the best quality result when they paint.
