I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the work from this crew. They were all right on time as scheduled at 8am and worked quickly and very neatly. They painted our new condo for us, interior only obviously. Getting the quote was easy and right in line with the final cost. They taped down and covered EVERYTHING. They did a little extra work on the bathrooms that we didn't plan for and I was so pleased on how it came out. John was very easy to work with, patiently answered my questions, and communicated with me, send me a few pics as the work was going. He helped us choose the type of paint (not colors, you should already have those picked) and provided helpful feedback. His crew was polite and great workers. They also worked on a Saturday to get our painting done fast, and John said he would be available via phone if we needed anything else fixed before they left. I didn't see a single thing that was forgotten. They also fixed some rough patches on ceilings, walls, and behind the fridge area. You would have never known how rough it all was. They did a tremendous job. Can't say enough good things. John, the owner is a straightforward guy who gave us an honest quote. No hard selling, just a quote of materials and labor. He walked our property pointing things out and asking if we'd like it taken care of. He was the only one who did that. We always get three and for everything he offered he was the best. His crew was amazing. I'd say the house hadn't been painted in 15 years and while it looked ok there was some wood rot and the stucco had cracked in places and our gates weren't working the best etc. His crew spent four days prepping the house to be painted. They didn't just paint it and leave. They fixed cracked stucco, replaced wood, patched everything, and then painted. And besides the painting, they fixed our wooden gates and they replaced the grates around the house that matched with the side trim. They also took off our gutters and replaced any wood necessary. And they took all the wires off our house from all the cable companies we've used over the years. They were clean and thorough and when they left the house looked new. The crew was friendly and worked hard. They showed up each day at 8 and finished at 4:30. They had no problem walking the property with us and answering questions. One of my biggest goals was finding a competent house painter who could also repair termite and wood rot damage. Luckily for me, two of my coworkers recommended JMN Painting Company, as they were both extremely happy with the work JMN conducted on their respective homes. For me, having a painter already vetted made my selection much easier. After reaching out to John, he came by and did a thorough inspection and listened to my needs. He quoted me a price that included a couple of side projects to repair and paint my wooden gates and patio table/benches. On the Fourth of July, his three workers, Javier, Miguel, and Oscar, arrived in the morning and began the tedious task of preparing my house that included scraping off the old paint and pressure washing the exterior. For the next eight days, the crew worked diligently--always putting in a full day of hard work until the project was complete. Upon inspection, I couldn't believe I was looking at the same house that was once in bad shape. It was like looking at a brand new house again! Gone was all of the ugly wood damage and faded paint.
