Our neighbor across the street hired Sharp Painting to paint the exterior of their house. I mentioned that a I had some minor repairs if they can squeeze it into their schedule. On the first day I met with John Kim and ask him if he had time to do my minor repairs and paint job. John was very accommodating and when there was a break, he had his main guy Pablo look at the spots. John sent me a quote the next day. John showed up at the job site each day on my neighbor job. He kept me in the loop on when they would be done and able to work on my job. On the last day of painting my neighbor's house, he came by to inform me his team will be working on my house in the afternoon. They discovered the side wood panel would not be cut out. They were able to remove the dry rot and fill it in. John reduced the price by $100. They replaced and match the wood panel on the rear window. John showed his attention to detail. He noticed the paint coverage was not even and paint got on the window during our walk through. He had his team touch up the work. My wife and I were very pleased with the work. I needed the interior of my parent's home painted. I requested a quote online; John immediately contacted me to schedule. I explained I was only in town for the day (the home is empty) John said he could be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough 25 minutes later he arrived. He walked the project, took pictures, took notes, and provided a quote which we accepted. During the time of the painting I asked for some additional work be completed.
