A stylist who was at the front desk during the conversation also appeared disengaged, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I can't comment on the quality of the salon's hair services since I decided to ghost my appointment. However, my experience with the customer service at the front desk was disappointing enough that I chose to go to another salon, where I actually felt welcomed as a customer. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one did not leave me feeling comfortable or respected.

Elsa does not work with customers who come to her with a Groupon. She had Lisa work with me. I said yes and I love what Lisa did with my hair.
