My husband surprised me a gift card on Valentine's Day for mani-pedis for both of us (his first) on recommendation of a coworker. Each time I've been, I've had great experiences. Unfortunately I don't remember my tech's name from the 1st time I went but my husband had Lynn. I had her the second time I went & she was great! I was going to ask for her again at my last visit but she was with someone else & was paired with Kayla. She is FANTASTIC She pays attention to detail, she's gentle, takes her time (I hate feeling rushed) & is smiling and always personable. I've never made consistent appointments for nails because I'd just wing it but I truly adore Kayla. Prices are pretty consistent with the numerous places I've been. Reasonable if you ask me. Lots of colors to choose from. Never had or saw an issue with cleanliness. Another thing I can appreciate is every time I've been in they've had someone manning the desk & taking calls so as to not interrupt a client's appointment. There is a large parking lot but with the business there it can get busy & full. Never had an issue but something to consider.

My cuticle was a mess when I walked in so I asked for a manicure with my full set, well he didn't cut my cuticles until after he polished my nails so I left looking like I needed a refill, made no sense to me. On my second visit I had a nail tech that barely looked up at me never mind interacted with me, my nails have been popping off everyday since I'm confused to why I paid 70 bucks for a refill. The nail tech left red nail polish around the edges, did not ask if I wanted them cut or cleaned up. She did not file my nails to match. I asked her to cut them down and she stopped filing the gel off and did not go back to it. My left hand still has the hard gel on my nails. See picture below. The nail tech was rough on my hands, burning my nail with the drill and had an attitude. I felt like an inconvenience to ask her to remove the red nail polish and cut my nails down, when that should be a given in a removal. I had called the salon when I got home to inform the manager about my experience and he was rude and disrespectful yelling at me on the phone. Absolutely will not be going back. First of all, Brittney was so responsive and flexible about scheduling, helping me schedule my trials and being so unbelievably understanding as the number of appointments grew and shrank leading up to the wedding. We had our appointments inside the salon because we had a relatively small group and didn't want to deal with finding an appropriate space in one of the hotels. We are so glad we did--- It feels so warm and welcoming inside the salon, and we even were able to put out a breakfast food spread during the appointments! Brittney did our hair for the wedding day (we also got great blowouts/curls from Marisa and Michaela the day before!) and she is amazing---she is so so talented, and our hair stayed completely perfect for our entire 14+ hour event. Everyone had such different hair types and styles and everyone told me they got exactly what they were hoping for, if not far better! Nicole did our makeup and we similarly could not be more impressed! She knew exactly how to handle all of our concerns and made sure that everyone loved their look. We all just couldn't stop looking in the mirror! Just like our hair, the makeup did not budge throughout the day, even though we were in a hot and humid environment!
