The grounds are really beautiful and would definitely make a good place to host a wedding or other big event. They make their own cider and beer and their menu features a few gluten free options including GF buns and GF pizza crust with other GF options clearly marked. We ordered the brussel sprouts and buffalo wings to share and my grandma and I split a white pizza on cauliflower crust. The brussels were good but nothing life changing - I do think if they cut them in half they'd have turned out more crispy and less mushy. The buffalo wings were slathered in a delicious sauce and very good. The white pizza was just OK. We asked for chicken to be added but they forgot. The crust was thin but not very crispy. I caught a glimpse of their regular pizzas which looked delicious if you are able to tolerate gluten. I also had the Wyn-mosa, their take on a mimosa. It came with their citrus cider mixed in and it was a really nice combination. They even put a candle in our dessert for my grandma, after I secretly requested it. The food is nothing super memorable but it's a good option if you're in the area.

Building was a bit tired - the work out area was closed for upgrades (which I did not know until check-in) though the pool was open. My room, a second floor double with a sitting area, had a loud exhaust fan in the bathroom that was on all the time regardless of the position of the light switches. Actually loud enough that it was annoying as I tried to go to sleep. I love this hotel chain and this brand, but I'd likely aim for another of their properties when I'm next in this area and hope for a slightly newer facility. All in all though, clean, decent place to stay with ample free parking and close proximity to lots of restaurants.

We are diamond members and guaranteed a room, we booked a room had a confirmation number and the guy at the desk claimed he didn't have our reservation which happened to be for the jetted tub room made on Dec 4 he claimed it was rented on the 6th, how was someone able to book a room that was already booked Called the diamond hotline, they confirmed we had a reservation in the system. Emails and phone calls can go weeks unreturned. No one answers the main line. You leave a message and they return a call at their leisure. They also don't listen or make notes about menus, the event or decor from the customer either. Second, the staff don't talk to each other to know what roles they have in the process. Weird, since they all work together. Third, when they want their money, the communication is on-point. You can go days without emails or calls, but they want their money THAT DAY. It was not a good experience at all. We were embarrassed to hold our special event there. On the other hand, the food that was catered in by a different company was outstanding and so was their staff. I would NOT recommend OneSouth because your main point of contact is uncommunicative, difficult to reach and gives excuses about why (unprofessional). NOT customer service-oriented, and they are in the customer service business.
