First time ever I was very happy the agents assisted everything was processed quickly. I canceled my AAA policy because they raised my monthly premium without notice. ( no accidents) They just told me they were charging me more because the law changed and I was getting better coverage, which was not true . later on I canceled my roadside assistance because I got roadside assistance through my partners plan. He bought it for me from same company AAA . Then I get a phone call saying that in three months they would cancel my policy if I didn't get roadside assistance, I was furious and I said enough. Thank you Geico. I'm very pleased I was very happy. I even got the extra coverage because it was affordable. Very happy that this company treats its consumers like people, does not take advantage of them .

My husband was in need of insurance a few months back so, against my better judgement, he called a Freeway Insurance phone number and someone assisted him in finding a policy that fit our needs so we pay the money down to get it started up and the guy on the phone sends us on our way... fast forward a month and we're ready to make the first month's payment so we stop by the Stockdale office where Mike helps. First off, right off the bat he was very personable and had great customer service skills. After some phone calls, a lot of confusion, and almost 2 hours he let's us know that the original agent who helped us left our policy in the "quote" category (meaning for the full month we were NOT COVERED AT ALL by any insurance, leaving us and the company vulnerable had something happened in that time even though we did everything we were supposed to and paid everything we were supposed to). Mike makes a call to the office manager who has already left for the day and within 20 minutes she is in the office ready to take care of a problem that honestly isn't even their problem being that they did not get any commission as they were not the agent that wrote the business in the first place. After a some more phone calls and another hour and a half they get it all figured out to correct someone else's mistake. The entire time my husband and I never felt that we had to be frustrated with the situation or deal with any of the emotions that, naturally, you would have in this situation because we felt that these two employees fought this battle for us. I was in awe of their dedication to great customer service. What stuck out most to me is that the manager said she didn't care about not making money and spending hours getting our problem corrected because she would rather lose out on money than for us to have a bad exoerience with Freeway Insurance. THAT is someone that really cared about the company rather than just herself and I will send everyone I know to them because I respect their work ethic and commitment to their customers and the company they work for.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my roadside assistance request was handled today…read more My truck would not start, so I contacted AAA for roadside assistance. AAA assigned Tow Express LLC in Shafter. I was initially given an estimated wait time of approximately 30 minutes, but after waiting, the time was changed by another 90 minutes. Because of this unreasonable delay, I had to cancel the request and create a new service ticket. During this entire situation, I tried calling Tow Express LLC multiple times, but they would not answer the phone. I then contacted AAA again for assistance and spoke with Diane. My experience with Diane was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. She told me that Tow Express had been trying to contact me. I explained to her that I had received no call from them and asked why she would simply believe their statement. She responded that she "knew" they had called me. After checking my account/status, she eventually acknowledged that I had in fact been waiting for approximately an hour and a half. However, she still dismissed my concern and told me that the wait would not count because the original request had been canceled. My complaint is not simply about the wait time. My concern is the poor service, the lack of communication, the conflicting information, and especially the way Diane handled my complaint. Instead of listening to me and trying to understand what happened, she immediately took the towing company's side and essentially accused me of being wrong before checking the facts. A customer who is stranded with a truck that will not start should not have to deal with this level of frustration. At the very least, I expected AAA to check the records, communicate honestly with me, and make sure I was okay and that I had a way to get the situation resolved.took them two hours and 30 mints to do it

Instead of helping her, Arlette laughed and spoke about my mother to two of her coworkers in an unprofessional manner. No customer should be treated with such disrespect when asking for help. I am very disappointed by this experience and hope management and HR take this matter seriously. Employees should treat customers with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
