Been with AAA 37 years. Wife called yesterday for battery…read moreservice and the technician said he wasn't able to check if we needed a new battery so he gave the car a jump. My wife let the battery charge for 30 minutes and completed a few errands and our car started each time. I ran the battery charger all night but this morning the Honda didn't start. Called AAA and their phone system is fair since it took only 3 or minutes to assign battery service that doesn't allow for requesting a new battery. What's helpful is the tow company texted me their name, so I called and explained why I need a new battery. Aguirres towing in Apple Valley advised me the technician will call me in 30 or 40 minutes to let me know if they have my battery in stock, if not they get there shipment's tomorrow. This sounds reasonable.

It looks like they may be renovating their old space. Not 100% sure. I like their temporary new space because it's more spacious and airy. Ceiling is higher. More space to sit and wait. I think they should take over their new temporary space permanently. Just my 2 cents. Anyway, wait time was about 25 mins which is pretty average at AAA. Staff was cordial and friendly. Car transaction went very swiftly which I greatly appreciate since we were on a time crunch. Thank you AAA!

This place is getting 1 star from me and honestly that's pushing it. Horrible!!!! They have one…read moreperson doing the DMV distribution of tags and unfortunately when that person goes on vacation everyone around there has a dumb look on their face and all they do is roll their eyes and are no help....but they will charge you $49 to get your tags to you and nothing. I'm assuming the manager in charge of the Victorville office should turn off her Samsung message retrieval because I've been trying to contact her about picking up my tags and all it says is read and no response. I am going on 3 days trying to get my tags and they are being very unprofessional. You asked to speak with the owner and all you have is people side tracking you and I really don't think the owner of these individual insurance companies and know what's going on or how rude his employees are. Update finally got a response and at once again beating around the bush when I should have had the tags two days ago instead I get you can pick them up after 12 p.m. when this person told me exactly that I could pick them up in the morning I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as of tomorrow at 9 a.m. and trying to contact their owner who mysteriously doesn't exist
