Their portal is easy to use & efficient. I liked that I could actually see how each document was used, with markers showing exactly where numbers were pulled from in the PDFs. Their fee was reasonable, and I believe I more than made that back through their expertise. They caught items that my previous tax preparer missed, which made a real difference. If your taxes involve more than just basic W-2s or 1099s, I highly recommend working with a knowledgeable CPA like Sam. All she did was file an extension and then give us a termination of her services all because we wouldn't pay her an additional $10k for unaudited financial statements that were requested when we hired her. According to her she never agreed to this and thus she had "no time" to do them. I would NEVER recommend her and think anyone using her should be very careful of what she's advising you to do, beware you will probably get audited.
