I've picked up ordered from here for a few years. The French fries are great. Most of the pizza is really good too. Especially the "Hey Dude" It's so savory and with the bacon and ranch and steak. It's something you haven't had but wished you did. I get it at least once a week. It reheats perfectly. I think it's their best pie. The hoagies are really good too. They are reasonably priced compared to other places. It's a family owned and run shop and they are so nice. The food is good enough you don't feel like you compromised on the price. Do yourself a favor. Get a Hey Dude and thank me later. read more

We go here regularly and pick up a medium or large. Usually pretty quick to get it. Every place has better or worse days (not everyone is as uniform as McDonalds), but even the "worse" days are a great pizza. Love it, glad to have them near by! read more

We really like Adrian's pizza. My daughter likes that the breadsticks are literal sticks of fluffy bread- the fluffier the better in her opinion! Good puffy crust. They have an insane variety to choose from, too. read more

We tend to get pizza, Stromboli, or Wedgies from here maybe 2 or 3 times a year. My in laws love the Stromboli and Wedgies so when they are in town, we either get them to share or they order them to take home. During our last purchase, the Stromboli had so much bread to filling, it might as well been a hoagie with cheese, pepperoni and sauce. In the past, there was more filling and that is what I really enjoyed about Adrian's and made it stand out to me compared to other pizza joints. I did not try the Wedgie but everyone seemed really happy with it. The pizza is usually solid when we order it. The prices are fairly reasonable - pretty comparable to places in the surrounding area. We come here due to convenience and my in laws love for a few items. We will continue to support this local restaurant in the future. read more

We ordered two specialties - Pterodactyl and Charlie and a regular pizza. The Charlie - sauced with buffalo, was bland. The Pterodactyl was delicious! Both had excellent crust! The regular pizza was very good. Nice sauce, lots of cheese, and excellent crust. I look forward to trying more of the crazy menu items! read more

I've had several pies from Adrian's over the past few months. In each case, I phoned in ahead of time to place the order. Each time I ordered a different "gourmet pizza." I've really liked the pizzas I've had--they've been fresh, substantial, and thoughtfully created. The ingredients seem high-quality. I love how the sauce and crust taste together, which (for me) are the two most important parts of a pizza. Getting in and our of the parking lot is sometimes of a challenge--I've had to wedge my car into a few weird spots there, and there aren't really any alternatives if the compacted lot is full. So that's definitely a negative for me. The staff--all family, I think?--were always super nice to me both on the phone and in person. There are usually a LOT of people packed into that place, though, which is kind of weird. On one occasion, I felt like several generations of pizza makers were all staring at me with joy as I picked my pizza up, which was...odd. But hey, better than them throwing rocks at me or something. Even with the daunting parking lot, I will be back. I can taste the sauce and crust in my mouth as I'm typing this, in fact. read more

Composite review: I have been to this Pizza place several times. Convenient to my location in the Wexford area off Brandt School Road. I've found that smaller shops that are more dedicated to pizza tend to have more consistency in their product. This shop is small; it is not a do-all establishment. Pizza is main stream without any of the oddities that often appear in other menu's. Small front parking lot; traffic is fast so careful on entering and exiting. Staff has been gracious even when hurried under customer load. There are a dozen other places within easy driving and delivery distance of this pizza place; and it remains in business, healthily. We order pizza, hoagies and wings from Adrain's in Wexford frequently. We absolutely love their food! I think their pizza might be the best--we get the extra large pizzas with 12 cuts. Most of the time we have it delivered but sometimes we pick up. They deliver to us even when we are at our pool here at Hunters Point. They send paper plates and napkins when they know we're at the pool. It usually takes 30 minutes or less. Delivery drivers are so friendly. I highly recommend Adrians. It's a family owned business too! My niece orders from the one in Gibsonia and when when we lived in Ross we ordered from the one on Thompson Run Road. read more

I've never written a Yelp review before, but my experience was so awful I felt compelled to warn fellow consumers. At 6:45 on Jan 17 I ordered 3 large pizzas and 2 hoagies, and paid with a credit card. They must have had an address saved for me, as in the past I have ordered frequently, however the address they had on file was incorrect. I noted the error and provided the correct address. The pizza was to be delivered in 30-45 minutes. At 7:30 I make my second call. The pizza had not arrived within the given time frame so I felt it reasonable to call and inquire about the status of my order. I was assured the driver was currently on route. At 7:45 I make my third call. The pizza has not arrived now 15min after the agreed upon delivery time. Not upset yet, just hungry and wondering where my pizza is. I am assured the pizza is nearby, I then confirm the address to ensure correct delivery. At 8:00 I make my fourth and final call. Pizza no where to be seen. They first tell me I didn't place an order, a useful ploy considering they already ran my credit card. But after much convincing my order is 'found,' already paid for, but they sent it to the wrong address and just brought it back to Adrian's. At this point I expected them to apologize and ship my order out immediately. Instead I am told that it will be at least another hour until my pizza will arrive. Do they offer any compensation for delivering 2 hours late? No, they offer up a myriad if excuses all of which I easily combatted. First it was distance, we are far away from the location, less than 15 minutes and under 6 miles via google maps. Second it was 'icy road conditions,' the roads were plowed and salted at 5:30, dry black pavement not only on main roads, but side streets as well. Additionally, even if I lived next store in the desert if you don't attempt the delivery at the correct address you still wouldn't be able to make a successful delivery. I then ask for the credit card charge to be voided since I don't want my pizza after 9pm. I am then berated on the phone for being unreasonable before being told "we're done here" and being hung up on. All I wanted was a couple pizzas and hoagies. I don't understand what is going on at Adrian's pizza, but a customer who orders weekly will never order again. Consumers need to be aware of how Adrian's pizza treats its loyal customers. I never have had a worse experience. read more

I truly dislike writing a review like this but I think that if you want good pizza -- don't go. Pizza is fair at best. As for the chicken wings -- for your stomach's sake ---- runnnnn awayyyyyyy as fast as you can -- they suck, big time. I actually think they were left overs from the day before. Simply asked a question, which the owner replied in a nasty tone that I ordered now or no delivery. Seems the Mazzotta family are all rude and beligerant. I have been treated poorly at this location in the past as well as the Adrians in gibsonia. Steer clear of their rudeness and eat better food. What a horrible experience!!! We called and ordered the pizza special that is advertised every Monday and Tuesday on sign outside of building as you enter parking lot. When we came in to pick it up and questioned the price total, the cashier was nasty and would not adjust price despite pointing to the sign outside the front door. We were long-time customers, pretty good pizza, but just had an experience that turned us off. The wife ordered our regular Madison pizza along with an order of mozzarella sticks (which we've never ordered before). When I stopped to pick the food up, a young guy behind the counter asks for about $5 over what this food could have possibly cost. I ask him about it (Maybe a simple mistake?), and he reduces the price accordingly (and, yet, I tipped them on my credit card). I get home, open the big styrofoam container only to find six (6) mozzarella sticks---this is what we get for about $6? I call and talk to the manager, tell him about the initial overcharge, followed by the low cheese stick count, and he says, "That's what they cost!" Yeah, we're done with Adrian's. read more

AWFUL SERVICE!!! We have ordered from them a dozen times with no problem. Mostly because they are the only place that delivers to our area. HOWEVER, tonight, our order took twice as long, and the delivery person was lost as she called our house a few times. I called the store to let them know we hadn't received our dinner yet - and was told it was on the way. They blamed ME for giving them bad directions (i gave them our address). I called back to speak to a manager -PAUL- just to explain that we were disappointed. Instead of an apology, he HUNG UP ON ME. My husband called back and PAUL got belligerent with him and threatened to "come over and bash (my husbands) head in" and used multiple curse words. I can not even make this up. Safe to say, we will no longer be ordering from them. And you shouldn't either. Unless you want to be threatened. read more

It's a Dirty little hole in the wall and they touch everything and will make your pizza, I told myself the oven burns all the germs the last time, but this time when the pizza arrived cold and hard I knew that was going to be it. Pizza is not that good. Called for just a Pepperoni pizza for deliver. They said it would take about 30-45 mins. When the pIzza finally got to my house which I live less then 3 miles away it was a 1.5hrs after I had placed the order. The pizza was cold and I was very displeased. When I called the shop to tell them about my experience whoever answered the phone was very rude and short. I would not recommend this pizza shop to anyone! After waiting twice as long as what was promised, a cold pizza was delivered to my home, which is only located five minutes from their shop. When I called them to complain and ask why I had to pay full price for a late, cold pizza, the person representing Adrian's suggested that maybe I'm mistaken on its temperature and that there were many other establishments from which I could order pizza. Being a parent of two teenagers, I used to be a regular and frequent customer of Adrian's Pizza, but no more. I shall take their advice and take my business elsewhere. read more

I can honestly say that I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. In the North Hills there are few choices for delivery, so in cases of desperation we choose Adrian's Pizza on Brandt School Road. We are never expecting much in terms of quality from Adrian's but being edible would be a good start. We placed an order online, which is a great service for a food establishment that clearly prides itself on being rude and condescending to its customers; from readying the reviews particularly female customers. Our order arrived and the total I was given was different than what was stated online, not by much and clearly not the drivers fault (Later I was flippantly told that the online prices aren't correct, very helpful when you fill out your check ahead time!?!). I took my first bite into the Italian wedgie (yes I should have known not to order something with that name, but honestly have had the same thing before and they were decent) Clearly one of the variety of meats on it had gone rancid, horribly rancid. I smelled the item and the entire thing reeked of rotten food. I called the establishment and originally spoke to a young woman who seemed polite and as if she wanted to take care of the situation, sadly I then got to speak to the manager or owner (he never identified himself). He was downright nasty, insolent and beyond pompous for someone representing a sub-par pizza joint. He could care less that he was losing a customer. He really put the nail in that coffin when he "explained" to this clearly simple minded woman that his meat is all fresh and that means they are not used much past a week??? Please save yourself the disappointment and possible food poisoning by avoiding this place. read more

I placed an order for 2 pizzas, fries and onion rings at 5:15 PM. Was told it would be 45 minutes. I called around 6:30 to see where it was and told it was out with the driver. It took 1 1/2 hours to get my food tonight and it was only lukewarm. I asked the driver to feel the fries and she said it felt fine to her but it was lukewarm. While I was calling Adrian's a second time, the driver called them and said the food was fine. When I was complaining about the time and the condition of the food, they hung up on me after telling me to put the food in the oven and warm it up. They also told me never to call them back again. I immediately called back and the owner was put on the phone and he said that I needed to deal with it and either pay or give the food back. I asked for a discount for tonight or in the future and was told that was not the company's policy and they didn't care if I liked their customer service or not. I said that I would be sure to let me friends know about how the customer service was and I was told to go ahead and tell everyone and put it in the paper. So here it is!
