She never tries to blindly sell any service, instead she takes the time to hear your concerns and goals, look at your skin, and then suggest treatment plans that will do the most and actually get you where you want to be. The most unprofessional salon I have ever had to deal with. I received exactly one email after…read morebooking my appointment and never received a call or text message for confirmation or any additional information. The day of my appointment came -- one day prior to my 10-day vacation, mind you -- and no one answered the phone at the office. I called when the salon was supposedly open, so I ended up leaving a voicemail, which no one returned. After the call, I received an AI message asking how they could help me, and I replied, "I want to confirm my appointment for today." The operator replied with my appointment details and asked me to confirm if that was the correct appointment. I answered "yes," and it replied that my appointment had been confirmed. Almost two hours passed. I was five minutes from the salon and called because I ran into traffic and was worried I would be late. Well, it turns out I had no appointment because my supposed lash tech no longer works there, and no one bothered to inform me via email, call, or message. I asked if I could be seen by anyone else, and they said no. And to top it all off, when I asked why I wasn't informed earlier so I didn't have to drive all the way to the salon, the lady said, "Yeah, that's my fault. I was running late to work today." Disappointment is an understatement. Horrible customer service. All in all, I am grateful I didn't give them my money.

She also gave me tips on how to keep my lashes in the best condition in order to keep them on longer. Meraki also uses a setting technique so that you only need to keep your lashes dry for 12 hours instead of a full 24 hours. I also imagine it will help them stay on longer, but that's just an assumption. The receptionists were both super sweet and helpful with booking appointments and suggesting the right lash cleanser to travel with. My lashes have never looked better and they are less expensive than most of the lash lounges in Louisville, which is hard to believe given the quality!
