Several relaxation rooms to chill in before and after your services. The warm bath was still getting worked on so that wasn't open but sounds amazing. The sauna and women's locker room was spacious, super clean, and beautiful. They encourage you to come early and stay after your services to enjoy the amenities, along with complimentary hot tea, champagne, mimosas, citrus infused water, coffee, and chocolate covered nuts. This expiration policy was never stated anywhere on the gift certificate. There is no expiration date listed and nothing indicating it would become invalid. It was extremely disappointing to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate especially when the service was fully paid for and clearly specified on the certificate. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.
