I am writing a second review for Adrienne because she has expanded her expertise to include coaching. I had never thought that I would need a coach, but it is the best decision I have ever made. My first session with Adrienne was eye opening and the exact motivation that I needed to get focused and sort through the confusion of moving to a new city and transitioning into a new career. Adrienne is an incredible listener and helped me to really understand what was important to me, prioritize, and to help me discover on my own what process would be successful for me. I have clarity now and everything is falling into place much easier than before. Yay! I received a holistic health guidance consultation from Adrienne. I really appreciated her ability to ask questions, listen, and reflect back to me the things in my life that could be encouraged back into balance. She has a way of making me feel better about myself each time I see her. Also, after trying for years, with many different modalities, I had noticeable effects on my chronic body injuries after just my first MFR session with Adrienne. Surving several years of lower back pain and other injuries from being a Pro MMA fighter and martial artist for over 30 yrs. I trying everything under the sun without any real relief. I was introduced to Adrienne after hearing great things about her. I immediately booked a session for the following week. I can not tell you enough of the experience I got from it. I have been to see Adrienne many times for myofascial release and massage, and have never left feeling less than amazed. Her practice is physical yet it feels spiritual; I have both a physical and psychological release of tension that is wonderful. I leave feeling taller, stronger, and somehow more connected to myself. I think myofascial release, in the hands of a good practitioner like Adrienne, is an amazing tool that we don't even completely understand ... fortunately, we don't have to understand something to benefit from it. I highly recommend Adrienne! I brought my 14 year-old son to her several months ago. He was experiencing significant knee pain while recovering from an OCD lesion as a result of being injured by another classmate. Adrienne has such a great and calming personality. Having no knowledge or personal experience with myofascial release before, she did a great job working on my son and talking through what she was doing. Adrienne has been studying MFR and body therapies for nearly a decade and continues to craft her skills through continued education online and in person. She has a natural skill for this work and it come through in results. I've always had issues with my left shoulder's rotator cuff. I had never heard of MFR before Adrienne introduced it to me. She is so knowledgeable about it and I love how she has been able to answer my many questions about it. I have been a runner since high school playing all sorts of sports up to today with soccer. After one game I was complaining to my wife about my knees and how braces really do nothing for me! She introduced me to myofascial release, and it has made a huge difference in my chronic knee pain (the result of several past dislocations). Ms. Corna has a sixth sense for understanding how to help your condition . And she told me just how it might happen- for me it was about three days after treatment my knee was painless and elbow could straighten. I have also learned that therapy is ongoing.
