If you have never had Thai massage (I hadn't) it's very different and a nice surprise! I needed it…read morefor a shoulder and neck injury that happened 3 weeks earlier and was not getting better. 2 chiro visits did nothing (in fact may have made the muscle strain worse.) So: Suchayay will be as gentle or as strong as you wish. I said "Do what you need to do to make it better!" For 1 hour she deeply messaged with fingers and hands and found every spot that was tender and knotted. That night was the first I could lay down in bed without sharp pain. It's a few days later and it's tight again (I knew it wouldn't be cured in one visit) but I stopped waking up with a headache above my neck as I was every day. I can't wait to go again. When I'm healed I will definitely be going for a whole-body message.

She hit all the ugly spots and I walked out feeling much better. I had at least 1200 massages all over the world and I highly recommend her. Her Thai massage goes deep with stretches and hitting the typical areas not touched by mainstream massages like armpit. It isn't for the newbie massage client nor those that don't like to get the knots of your body. Her prices are well deserved for great master level massage, the beautiful appointed environment, tiger balm, water and organic snack at end. She provide a set of cotton clothe to wear. Thai massage uses no oils and one lies on a mattress, no table, so it isn't Swedish nor American style massage. Enjoy if you need some knots dug out. Drink plenty of water afterwards and take it easy after one of her massage because you'll be well tenderized. *For one's first time, come a few minutes early to fill out the new client forms.

I have received Botox many occasions before (Including juvederm) and have always had results. I normally get 50 units.. I don't see much improvement (if any) with my treatment here. It was a lot of money for this outcome. I contacted the spa about a touchup. They said since it was my first visit, they were more conservative with the amount of units used and that they would give me three units per area, complementary if I came back in. I don't see how it was conservative when it was more units than I've ever received. I drove 40 minutes to visit here and don't think an extra 3 units will do much considering my results. Excuse the weird photo angles

Booked a spa treatment for my fiancé for his birthday and did not see a package that included all…read moreof the items he prefers (90 min massage, scalp massage, foot massage) so I called to see if they offered a custom package or could modify one from their menu. The girl was very nice and a pleasure to speak with- she said they could do this and it would cost $270. I then asked her about a Florida resident promotion I also saw online, in which she said the discount could be applied to the total but that there was a 20% gratuity added as well, which is common. No issues. She asked for my cc number over the phone and I was happy to give it to her since I was booking this treatment as a birthday gift. The day comes and my fiancé goes to his appointment. He calls me after he leaves and asks if he was supposed to pay or if I had pre paid. I told him they did take my cc number when I booked it and I thought they would have charged it to that card since I did inform them it was a gift from me to him. He informed me he did have to pay for it and told me the price. I was not under the impression that it was going to be $379 or I would have sent him somewhere nicer. so I reimbursed him. I then called the spa to inform them that somehow he was not charged the correct amount - the receptionist informed me she would look into it and that they would have notes from the booking. After almost 2 weeks with no update, I reached back out to see if they were able to follow up with any information from the booking noted. The spa manager informed me that they don't give "pricing quotes" over the phone and that all of their prices are listed on their menu. I disappointed with how this was handled. My fiancé also said it is not worth what they are charging. You do get access to the onsite pool but there aren't any amenities at the actual spa (sauna, relaxation room, cold plunge, etc) Giving 2 stars because he said the treatment was decent but overpriced, the resort it self is nice, and the staff seem friendly although they didn't seem to take my inquiry seriously.

First and foremost, let me say that this used to be a place I came to for complete relaxation…read more Unfortunately, since Footopia has come under new ownership, it is absolutely not the same experience. I used to live in the area and still come back occasionally, and visiting Footopia was always something I looked forward to. I was always happy to see Amy, the previous owner. When my daughter and I arrived yesterday, I immediately asked for Amy and was told she was no longer there. We still decided to stay and booked two 60-minute foot combo massages. At first, things seemed fairly similar to how they used to be, but the actual service was one of the worst massages I have ever received. The gentleman performing my massage had little to no technique. The neck and back portion was already disappointing, but I kept thinking maybe it would improve. Once he moved to my feet, he repeatedly rubbed the exact same spot over and over to the point it became painful. I did not want to make a scene, especially with another customer nearby, so I stayed quiet and hoped it would get better. It never did. What made things worse was being asked to pay upfront, including the tip, which honestly made me feel stuck continuing through a painful and uncomfortable experience. Even now, the tops of my feet are sore from the repeated rubbing. To make matters more frustrating, the pricing has increased significantly and the service absolutely does not justify it. We paid $180 including tip for two "60-minute" combo massages and barely received about 45 minutes of actual service. My daughter described her massage as "okay," but nowhere near the quality we used to receive there. This is not the Footopia of the past. We will absolutely not be returning, and I would strongly recommend others in the area look elsewhere for massage services.
