During the time that I attended, Catholicism was an interesting, though preferred, sidebar. While we were taught Anselm's famous belief that the definition of theology is "faith seeking understanding" the administration of Thomas More at the time was about "understanding" with an "option" for faith. This is all well and good. Religion and faith are not to be pushed on everyone, but the majority of those attending Thomas More came because they wanted to attend a Catholic school, not a school where Catholicism was given preference. I recently had the chance to spend a week with the new Dean, Dr. Christopher Blum (we were both attending an academic conference), and I'm happy to say that the revolutionaries running Thomas More have been replaced by the "ancien regime" - people who want to run a Catholic school according to the guidelines laid down in Ex Corde Ecclesiae. Cheers to that.

His Russian roommate on the other hand was a pleasure to be around The parking lot in this school is kinda small and hard to maneuver in.. The cafeteria is pretty dope with all you can eat coffee which in my opinion is essential to any college... There's a LOTTT of hiking up mountains required to graduate this school so if you're not physically fit for the challenge I would NOT recommend attending... All in all I would rate this place 6.4/10

U Day is an annual event for students to make connections and find clubs that meet their interests. This year the fair took place on September 12th and the weather was exceptional. The dining halls closed early to encourage students to come to the event and grab a bite. There were vegetarian and gluten free options available so that everyone could enjoy food while listening to music and exploring all the clubs the University has to offer. There truly was something for everyone; the organizations ranged from American Sign Language club to United Asian Coalition to Ski and Board club. There were so many people walking around and signing up for clubs that they felt they would enjoy. It was nice to see everyone out enjoying and embracing themselves. I went to this event to get an idea for what was out there in terms of student organizations and I left as a member of a club. I would highly recommend this event to all Freshman and Upperclassmen as well. The event is a great way to celebrate all the varying cultures and interests our students have to offer. I went hoping to not like it, but I loved it! The campus is gorgeous! There are so many spaces for students to enjoy their college experience. From a state of the art athletic facility with a rock climbing wall, emotiinal support dogs, and swimming pool to a facility for hands on learning how to operate a care for cats and dogs. There are horses and a farming courses. There is a phenominal study abroad option where there are established relationships. I found the campus grounds impressive. Dorms are adequate coed style roomy comfortable options. The campus could have a little more diversity but overall it is a friendly accepting place for students to learn and grow. The staff were very well informed, personable, and accepting. We had a nice meal in the main cafeteria which was very good. I ended up really enjoying our time on campus.

This school sucked. Robbed me and did not help with my education. I unfortunately was kicked out my…read morethird year of nursing school due to having marijuana in my system. Previous months before I had obtained a breast reduction surgery and was in immense pain. I also herniated one of my discs. Using marijuana was the only way I could find comfort during this time. I also had a Massachusetts medical marijuana card at that point. None of that mattered. They kicked me out after making me attend three classes prior to telling me. I had written and essay and declined precious time with my friends as I had schoolwork that proved not important anymore. With all of that I was sent home. They gave me less than a week before moving all of my stuff out. Coincidentally two of my grandparents suffered strokes that week and I had to help my family with that. There was no care and they threatened to throw away all my belongings. After emailing my frustration to the president of the campus there was no regard for my mental well being. Saint Anselm college was one of the worst two year experience of my life as well as a gigantic waste of money. They also refused me a 15,000 dollar refund after only being there for two weeks. I dislike every educator and staff member there. They would rather have coked and pilled out students with borderline alcoholic disease running around them a girl who was just trying to deal with her pain. If I could give zero stars I would. Besides separating boys and girls from each other, being able to count all the people of color on one hand, racist and homophobic monks this is not the place you want to waste your money on. I had reached out for mental health help as well as academic and was denied that as well. I only have one friend from this experience. The rest of it was a complete waste of time. President favaza if you are reading this please give me back my refund as that was just rude. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ALSO FORCE RELIGIOUS BELIEFS DOWN EVERYONES THROATS

From the amazing food (and workers) in the dining hall to the traditional Sunday mass in the Abbey Church--there is a place for everyone to call home on campus. The curriculum made me a more well-rounded human and made me appreciate my faith and friends more than ever. There are opportunities to get involved in everything on campus. I played four years of varsity lacrosse, studied in Italy my junior fall, was an orientation leader for two years, went on a WBA service trip, worked a campus job in the dining hall, and enjoyed hanging out with my friends on the weekends. Anyone who attends SAC will definitely make a mark on the world.

The architecture is nice enough given that it is a campus that is not as old as many, especially amongst those Universities in New England. The Saab Emerging Technologies and Innovation Building is a highlight, which is visible to your left as you cross the river into campus. Cumnock Hall with its columned front is another. Though I did not have time to take advantage of it, there is an Art Gallery on campus for those with such proclivities. The campus is not worth going out of your way to see, but if you happen to be in Lowell anyway...why not? There is a Starbucks on campus and a Dunkin across the street on the north end to reward you with a coffee and treat for your trouble.

After taking a 7-year break from school, SNHU's online program made the most sense for me when I decided to go back. From having an amazing admissions advisor who helped me through the application and course registration process to an academic advisor who regularly checked in and made sure I felt confident throughout my program, I always felt supported. The coursework was very manageable while working full-time, and they offer so many helpful resources, including 24/7 tutoring. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to finish my degree, and I already look forward to coming back next year to start my master's program!

I only went to SNHU to further my education so that I could advance at my job. I had to have my BA by a certain date. I was talked out of the Degree I wanted so that I would finish faster. Made sense at the time. Afterwards I never heard from my condescending advisor (who suggested I needed therapy) even when I reached out to him. The program went longer than the end date they'd said so I still didn't get my degree in time. I lost the promotion, I lost my job, and ended up with a degree I didn't want. AND they wouldn't let me reapply and continue earning the degree I did want. Cost a fortune even with 100 % fin. aid. Without any contact, they sent me to collections almost immediately upon graduation. This was months before I received an email saying it was time to repay. I had unsupportive (flat out mean) instructors putting me down and telling me to give up on my career. Some didn't even seem to know about the subject they taught. I'm only giving it a 2 star because a couple instructors were really great. I could go on but ultimately a really horrible experience.
