During the winter volleyball season we get to go to many venues all over New England for volleyball…read moretournaments and on the positive side Nashua Sports Academy is one of the nicest looking venues. The building is new and well maintained. The sightlines are very good. However, as far as treating their guests with respect Nashua Sports Academy is a total failure. This weekend they hosted teams from all over New England many who traveled two to four hours. I totally understand not allowing people into set up chairs until the official start time but not allowing people in to use the rest rooms after waking up before first light and driving several hours is almost criminal. To top it off the staff was very rude while going about it. They made people stand outside as it began to rain. They do not allow people to bring in outside food which is not unheard of at higher end venues but on a prior visit by my daughter's team I was told they had staff going round and making people take things outside including water for the players. This time this did not happen. You expect if they are not going to allow outside food they will have a selection of food available, they had hot dogs, cold popcorn, and a small selection of pre-packaged foods. Another, thing I found interesting was other than the volleyball there was nothing else going on. We went Sportszone Indoor Sports in Derry. NH this winter. This another venue which was also a multi-sport facility and there were many other things going on through the day flag football, soccer, basketball, and a children's hitting clinic. There was none of this going on at NSA.

My son has been playing basketball here since they opened. We love it and we love the staff. I give…read moreNSA an A+.

My child is young and numerous times hurt himself, and no counselors were anywhere nearby him I didn't know until I actually picked him up that he was injured. No calls were returned by Tiffany Joslyn, the Director. Beyond disappointing still waiting on a call from the CEO Mike Lachance have heard zilch. He never came home with any artwork, etc. I was told he would do archery, arts and crafts, woodwork, etc. nothing zilch nada! I don't understand what actually goes on at camp Sergeant? I will never send my child here again. Thank God he is OK and he didn't drift off into the lake as he was never watched.

I would not recommend this camp to anyone; especially if you have a child who requires a little…read moreextra help. I reached out to the Camp Director multiple times with questions and concerns since this was our very first experience with Summer Camp. All of my messages were completely ignored. My son is 6 and told us multiple times about the other kids being mean and calling him names. He was sent home for "kicking" another child when he was on the monkey bars and the other kid stood in his way and refused to move despite being asked nicely multiple times. They have a 1 to 15 counselor to camper ratio. Absolutely horrible staff that is not equipped to handle anything. My son was actually traumatized by his experience there.
