Cool store, helpful staff. Atrocious customer service ... purchased an item, took it home, tested it, found it broken, never actually used it. Called the store less than 10 hours later, was told that I would have to call back and speak with the manager the following day. Called back the next day, explained to the manager that they had sold me a broken item and that it had never been used. He told me that on account of COVID-19, all sales were final. When I expressed to him that I understood that but it's not on me that they had a broken item on their shelves, he told me that I should take it up with the manufacturer. My man friend and I went there around 2 a.m on a Sunday. When we walked in the three employees were friendly enough and said hello. Then he and I proceeded to look around for a bit.
