Called back the next day, explained to the manager that they had sold me a broken item and that it had never been used. He told me that on account of COVID-19, all sales were final. When I expressed to him that I understood that but it's not on me that they had a broken item on their shelves, he told me that I should take it up with the manufacturer. My man friend and I went there around 2 a.m on a Sunday. When we walked in the three employees were friendly enough and said hello. Then he and I proceeded to look around for a bit.
