I called and was asked to email a picture of the cards- one which is brand new $50 (still attached to paper tag) and another which is partial (about $31). the first email from "Brie" stated: "Since it's been over 5 years, we're unable to verify the balance on this card. However, I'd love to offer you a 15% promo code for your next purchase! You can use this code alongside any other promotions we have on our website." After much back and forth, the most recent email states they were able to verify that the card has zero balance. How is it that first you were unable to check the card balance and now you're telling me there is zero balance?? That is BS. So anyone with gift cards older than 2019, you have just lost all your money to this unworthy company. The company just stole about $80 from my gift cards with no product in return. It is sad that this is a Canadian company. They need more training in Customer service- perhaps from American counterparts who are thriving. I will never give one more penny to this company. Buyers beware- DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY. They scam by changing their computer systems claiming they are invalid. The money is still valid. Very disappointing.

When I went they had buy one get one free bras and buy two get two free undies. The most expensive bra I could find was $40 but there are a lot of $20 bras. The underwear was $10 each. With the deal each bra was $20 and the underwear was $5 each, very reasonable! When we entered we were greeted and helped. Our sales girl Ally helped us find the perfect bras with a great fit. They have a wide variety to choose from. They will try to get you to sign up for their discount card which costs $10. You do get $15 on your birthday so it may be worth it. It guarantees you 10% off every purchase for an entire year. So if you spend over $100 then it's worth it because it is free when you add the discount.

Staff were so friendly and helpful; this is really what you want in a shopping experience. I fall at the bottom of their size range and because of my height sometimes have a hard time finding clothes that fit, but I found two beautiful coats (one a Tall!) and an amazing dress, and the total for these three items was less than $130, which is what a new coat might cost at Land's End (the brand of one of the coats I bought here)! I will definitely be back, and will check out the second shop in Rockford when I'm there for the Japanese Gardens. Helpful hint: my GPS told me I had arrived but I didn't see the sign and so circled the building needlessly: it's in the window!

I talked myself into it and made it in through the door. I was greeted by the most kind women that assured me it would be a great expierience. One thing that helped was to know that they all had to expierience this when getting hired. They all know the feelings I was feeling that day. My make up was beautiful. I'd wear make up all the time if I could make it look like that! Then came time to take "it" all off somehow I did that, too! Once they started taking pictures it was so easy! She told me where to go, how to pose, where to put my had/arm etc etc. I couldn't believe how comfortable I was wearing nearly nothing! I ended up purchasing all of the photos at the end on a drive. Was it expensive...well yeah. They work hard! Was it worth it...100%. My husband's reaction was priceless. 1st thing he said was that he's always seen these on facebook but never thought I would do that. For his 30th birthday I had surprised him with a trip to his first michigan game and bought him an authentic jersey. I wore that jersey for part of the photo shoot. Since Agnes had her own studios near me, was reasonably priced, responded in a timely manner, and communicated in a clear and friendly manner I opted to put my trust in her to alter my wedding dress. I bought my wedding dress in a size 16 but had lost 30 lbs since and the dress was already not going to fit me correctly to start since I'm 5'3. Basically, to trust someone with my dress was saying a lot since it needed an overall. I was also very nervous about price, it being done on time, and honestly it not getting destroyed with the amount of alterations needed. Agnes hemmed the dress, removed some of the bulk of the skirt from the side so it would be easier to move in, added the bussel points, took the dress in on both sides, added bra cups, took out fabric from the chest area, redid the chest area since it still had too much fabric, tightened the straps, took in the back straps, took in the arm pits ,took in the butt area, added another hook in the back. When it was done it was so much smaller and had a lot more shape to it. I was actually excited to put it on! We started the process 6 weeks out from my wedding so I was my most accurate weight (make sure to contact her to schedule much farther in advance though) and she had the dress to me about a week and a half before the wedding which was perfect! What is great about Agnes is her work is fantastic and reliable (you don't want to chance your wedding dress), she is a great communicator (You won't wonder what work is getting done or how much you will be paying), her prices are reasonable, she will give you her honest opinion on everything, and she will do everything in a timely manner. Go to her for your alterations so this part of your wedding can be stress free!
