They made it sound simple--four payments and I'd be done. But after paying over $2,500, they hit me with a surprise: I supposedly still owed nearly $2,200 more, bringing the total to almost $5,000 for a $2,000 loan. They never clearly explained this in writing. They rushed through a confusing explanation and handed me a piece of paper full of fine print that I didn't have time to read. It turns out they're charging around 300% interest--completely outrageous and predatory. On top of that, the staff there is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are not helpful, not polite, and honestly ruthless in how they treat people. Once they have you locked in, they don't care about fairness or communication. Please, read every word of your paperwork, and better yet--do not go to this place at all. There are better, more honest ways to get help than dealing with this kind of trap.

I am only remitting $2000 to China, a small amount. Yet you are forcing me to hand over my Social Security number and recording my important information (work card) on your computer. You have already received a serious warning and have violated the law. Are these remittance regulations your own choice, or are they Western Union's rules and regulations? You don't even understand basic remittance regulations; how can you still be working here? I don't know why you need my Social Security number. If my identity information is leaked or used for illegal activities, then the investigation will begin with you. We must pursue this to the end!
