I walked in to get a payday loan and she asked for bank statement, paystub, personal blank check, ID. She then looked at me as if I was stupid and I kindly said "yes I have it." I supplied all the documents. She looked at my bank statement and immediately started shaking her head and talking to herself and told me my bank statement was fake. Keep in mind I printed this bank statement from my bank branch down the street on Chapman Ave and The City Drive. She then said she doesnt see the deposit on my bank statement. She has eyes but she did not want to use them because she thought a person of color cannot make more than her. She probably makes 20 dollars per hour max, so how can you judge others? You don't make much. Very sad. I hope the owner fires her for this kind of service. Please go back to your pais Una tienda muy racista con un pésimo servicio al cliente. I've never experienced such non sense from a check cashing place. I came in with my checks. It was…read moremy first time here so I guess she needed to verify the check aka my work. She asked where I worked. I told her. She asked if it's open so she can verify the check with the owner or accountant. I gave her the number and my boss verified the check for me. Then she takes my check and walks away from the post and calls her boss then later tells me her boss can not verify the check. I don't understand why she even needed to call my work to verify if she wasn't gonna let me cash out in the first place. If calling my work place wasn't enough verification then why call in the first place? She wasted my time and my bosses time. And for her boss to not approve my check when he/she wasn't even there to look at it? Unbelievable. Don't waste your time coming here.
