I ordered…read morea SAME DAY delivery on their website, paid the 16.99 delivery fee as well as the cost of the product. Received an email from AUTOZONE saying my order was on its way and I could track it. Tracked it on an app that said AUTOZONE to observe the driver going past my house, and then saw driver updated to package delivered. Repeated messages via the AUTOZONE tracking app to driver were ignored. Called the store where JULIA insisted there was nothing she could do because I had had my package delivered via Door Dash. I most certainly did not utilize Door Dash! I only clicked on the option on AUTOZONE website for same-day delivery. NOTHING ABOUT DOOR DASH. Even the app tracking the driver does not say Door Dash. Julia then ARGUED with me, insisting she could not contact DOOR DASH and that I would have to do it. WTF??? Despite my repeated assertions I have nothing to do with DOOR DASH and that AUTOZONE must have contracted with them to do same day delivery she wouldn't concede the point. Insisting it was ME that must contact them. This was absolutely infuriating, to deal with someone who clearly lacks any kind of critical thinking skills. The "manager" doesn't know how their same day delivery works? That apparently it is handled by DOOR DASH despite not showing up on their WEBSITE as such? Doesn't know how to reach them? Then how did they know to come and get the order to begin with??? What a freaking mess. This "manager" hung up on me. Yeah, I was getting RUDE. Who wouldn't with this nonsense? Called back repeatedly, got another woman, also called Julia (or Julie) who now proceeds to tell me they don't even have SUNDAY delivery. WTH is this? I paid for same day delivery and now this woman is insisting they don't even have it, and acting like she doesn't know what my problem is? And that there is nothing they can do? This was like some kind of freaking nightmare to deal with these two (different?) women! I have always loved this store and the service I have received. Will now go to their competitor down the road. A call to customer service took 45 minutes to (sort-of) straighten out this mess.

Took it to another mechanic who correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They investigated and ruled in my favor and credited the money. Now Castilone actually send me a letter threatening legal action for the money even though they are clearly in the wrong and agreed to the credit card decision. Wow! I actually welcome it. Do not go here for anything especially any repair. They have terrible mechanics and are completely untrustworthy, dishonest, and deceitful.
