When I had a big job that needed to get done, I called them first. What blew my mind is that the shop I always go to wanted over a crazy amount of money to fix my clutch. I told them I would buy the part( about 300$) and asked them about their installation. The other guys quoted me 1500$ for labor on my car. I was floored by the dishonesty. They basically were saying it would be 15 hours of labor (not even close). So out of desperation I Yelp searches and found these guys! So I called them up and asked for a quote. They called me back about 30 minutes later and quoted me about 1300 WITH the parts and labor. They literally saved me over 500 bucks! They obviously could have tried to take me to the cleaners like that other garage, but this garage has integrity beyond all measure. I decided to really break down the numbers for you all just to show you how big of a savings they are. Now for the huge disclaimer. Every car and person is different. Will everyone save a massive amount of money? Probably not, but you can trust these guys to be fair. The only downfall to this place is they got some oil, gas, or something tracked into my car. The interior really stuck for about a week before it cleared out. Other than that, these are my new guys!

MARK YOUR TIRES!! I…read morewent in on Monday 9/9 to have routine service done. The following Friday, I noticed that although I paid for a tire rotation, it wasn't done. When I called with the issue they asked me how I knew the tires weren't rotated. I told them that I ran over a nail about 5 weeks ago and installed a patch kit on the right rear tire and it was still there (if the tires had been rotated the tire with the plug in it wouldn't still be in the right rear position). The receptionist said that she needed to talk to the manager who wasn't there, but took my name and said he would call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called back on Monday morning and spoke to Breanne. She said she would take my name and someone would call me back. Again, I didn't hear anything so I called back on Tuesday, twice, and spoke to Jasmine and Dana. They said would take my name and that someone would call me back. I told Dana that I've been waiting 3 days for someone to call me back because each time I've been told the manager wasn't there but they would give him my message. I asked who "him" was and they said "Jamie". I still haven't heard anything, my tires are still not rotated, and I'm out the money. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, including my next lease. I started going to Autopart International a few years ago in a few different Syracuse-Utica…read morelocations and at first they were good because they had things that the big box stores didn't have. Lately in 2018 they mumble, "Uh, no, don't have it," "That's not a good part number" and hang up on me. I think it's because I'm a regular guy and not a business. I know my parts better than most, and I want to buy to get it today, so I'm a good customer. If you only want to talk to pro mechanics, just say "Only for the trade" or something nstead of being rude.
