I was in the market for a remote starter for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler and after a few phone calls, Salt City Customs had the better price. That coupled with the Google reviews stopped my search and I made an appointment. I am so glad I did. Brian was extremely polite and when all was said and done I am extremely satisfied . He never tried to up-sale me or pressure me into something I did not need or ask for, which has not been my experience with other business on my other vehicles. During this install I inquired about some other work and the pricing he gave was very reasonable. A great job in a timely and efficient manner. Clean work with nothing left dangling or exposed. Everything was put back right...none of the nightmares I've heard about with other instals. @Brian - I will be back for the other items we talked about.

I had to take two days off of work to have them cancel on me a second time. The second time I was…read moretold my car would be done by 1:30. After an hour of waiting they tell me that my car cannot be done today. Then they tell me my car is blocked in and they cannot get it out. After a half hour of them "trying" I had to call the state troopers. Another 30 minutes goes by before my car came out of the garage. The interior had grease marks everywhere and there was residue everywhere. I am filing for damages through small claims court. One of the employees was also making fun of people who use Groupon and called them cheap. I would NEVER go to this place again even if they offered to do the job for free.

They were able to fit us in quickly and do the job that Best Buy could not. They were professional and friendly. The work they did in the car was extremely neat, they did a nice job, and did so for a very reasonable price. In fact, they were even on the lower end of the price range they quoted us. They have made us a customer, as in any future vehicles we purchase, we will come here FIRST.
