This website requires you search using make, model, and application. The part I ordered was listed for $16.99 and an agreed $20 for shipping. I received the wrong part, which is bigger and heavier, and cost $57.99 plus $20 shipping. They simply sent me the wrong part. I've called them many times, never getting an answer of a call back. They will not let me speak with the owner, and they will not even begin to correct the problem unless I pay out of pocket to ship the incorrect part back. I believe they intentionally shipped me a more expensive, useless, heavy part knowing that most people would not spend another $20+ shipping back that wrong part. Not only did they charge me for a more expensive incorrect part but they know they won't have to rectify the situation. I've ordered hundreds of car parts from many other salvage yards. I've never once had the wrong part shipped.

Over the years I've heard a lot of people in the Saab world recommend Goldwing Saab Parts, but I never had the need to order a used part from across the country. That is until my lower control arm snapped and my mechanic said a used one would be easier to install than a new one. Most of the used parts out there are very rusty, however Kyle offered to sandblast and repaint the part. Sounded good to me. I ordered the part and said I needed it in time for my mechanic to install this week. The part arrived today on-time, clean, and painted just like he said. Awful experience. Bought a rear diff ("has only 81,000 miles on it") for a P38 on 4/4 and was told…read morethey would ship it that day. Morning of 4/5 I called for tracking number and was told it hadn't shipped but that the diff would be shipped that afternoon. I asked this person, who was different from first person how many miles on diff and he said "about 150,000 but its in good shape". SHould have known then what I was dealing with.
