I'm now in the process of discussing issues with FMCO and Lincoln. i purchased a ford warranty at purchase sure happy i did not purchase the other warranties they tried to push on me as they will charge you for them at purchase and make it extremely difficult to use. extended warranty ($3000) Charged diagnosis found nothing. scratch and dent ($700(was included) but refuse to let use Tire and Wheel ($3000) good luck with that undercoating ($700) (said they did it) but can't confirm. they love to roll them in on your loan but don't get caught trying to use them. previously gave a 2 and have another review in here so but cant access that account I bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC with 43k on it. I put 12k down and financed the rest vehicle price was 12k I added the Ford Extended warranty. I met with Alan on a Saturday as I was very interested once I came across vehicle online. I left a 500 dollar deposit as they weren't able to do a 12k wire transfer and I was responsible to get the payments I drove to Bank of America 3 hours away on Tuesday as Monday was Presidents' Day to withdraw the cash. In total I drove for 6 hours I arrived at dealership around 315. Finance guy Jeremy rushed me through paperwork and made his promises that he was giving me a deal his boss couldn't know about you know the tactics to add more on to loan. After I denied the additional extras. He ended up adding them on for free as they were running a promotion which I found out after they tried to sell me it. So I got the car that day took 7 days for plates everything went as normal I brought it in for service a week later because the sun roof and window switches weren't working the day after I brought I home they informed me it wasn't a quick fix and I'd need to drop it I set an appointment for 8am the following Thursday. I brought vehicle online Wednesday night to Drew in service, for my appointment at 8 am. The Lincoln comes with a location tracker when I checked the tracker at 12pm the following day the car still hadn't been brought into garage. I called agitated as I had an appointment for 8am. No rental was offered and I just bought vehicle. Drew informed me he had no excuse for delay and it would be on lift within the hour. Flash forward to 5pm and thy call telling em it needs to stay another night and day to be buttoned up. They did a transmission service and rear brake pads and calipers as it just left the dealership and hadn't bee inspected or gone through as Jeremey stated it had been. They didn't charge me for the work so that's why I gave a three but in all honesty the whole dealership operation was not ideal and not a great experience if Drew hadn't helped me out I would have gave a 1 we will see how future business with them goes as I may require more service. I will update review accordingly. After driving for another 1k noticed all four tires are dry rotted. Front breaks squealing not sure if undercoating they charged me extra for was applied.

Insurance company sent me to Coggins and frankly, the experience was stellar. Marty is honest, straightforward and super communicative. They ran me back and forth to the rental agency and all of the Coggins staff I encountered were just lovely. They had my car 100% perfection in a couple of weeks so I didn't go over my 30 rental coverage either. Beyond my initial communication with insurance company, Coggins handed *everything* beyond that. Zero effort on my part. These people are super super busy and lived up to every expectation I had and then some. I absolutely recommend Coggins for collision/body work. 10/10

It looks beautiful. They are masters of their craft. Not only that, when my insurance company attempted to deny helping with damages incurred, the team at Coggins collision Center tried hard to get everything approved and fixed. They fought hard with the person at faults insurance company and my insurance company! They are simply amazing and I will continue to use them every single time, should I get into another accident. I'm still in awe at all that they did for me when my own insurance company did not The deductible was paid as well as Rental, the Repair was done, and I drove off a happy Customer! I highly recommend Coggin's collision center in Bennington Vermont. They are simply amazing and I thank them so much.

    It has been over a year, and I still do not have resolution. The owner, Tom, hired a lawyer,…read moreWilliam Wright, who responded to the complaint with the consumer division of the VT AG (which is supposed to be a consumer mediation service) with clear falsehoods and shuttered the mediation before it could get going. Tom/William Wright also contacted the Bennington PD and tried to involve them, which they declined. This was over last Summer. Unbeknown to me, my mother went by and talked to Tom a few weeks ago. He shushed her out of the office away from staff and told her he "lost sleep" about this, and indicated that he was willing to talk with me directly. I reached out to Tom, and he responded by email in a calm and reasonable tone, or so I thought. I then promptly heard from his attorney, who not only demanded payment for ruining my Jeep but also submitted an invoice FOR OVER 12 THOUSAND DOLLARS for storage that I never was told about before, nor received any invoices for. He also ordered me not to talk or communicate with his client, Tom. I have asked the lawyer for documents and assurances the Jeep will not be sold (the lawyer said Tom claimed a lien on it) and now he has gone quiet and refuses to answer emails. I hope others can learn from my mistake of trusting this business. They have destroyed my jeep, refused to make it right, hired a lawyer when I tried to negotiate and go into mediation, and now are claiming storage fees nearly the value of the Jeep- probably to run up the cost and justify a lien sale/auction. They now are refusing to even respond to my request to assure that the vehicle will not be sold at auction.
