Prices are sometimes better than one of the other auto parts stores, and are almost always genuine replacements, and not OEM equivalents. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I've had them offer to replace wiper blades, batteries and other easily changeable parts - but half the fun is doing it myself. There's a great selection of tools and aftermarket equipment for those who really like to get their hands dirty.
