This Shop went Above and Beyond for me on Saturday 1/24/26 at 4pm the day before a Major Snowstorm. I drove into their shop with a blown water pump and it's a 4.5 hour job . If it wasn't for Alex going Above and Beyond to drive his own car at 7:30 to go to another parts shop as they need more parts not needed from first shop that now was closed. . I live in Queens New York 75miles away . Alex was able to get one of his Top mechanic to Also go Above & Beyond to stay past his normal shift to work . They were able to get me back on the Road by 10:15 pm . They were extremely reasonable with the price of this Job as well . I Highly recommend this Shop and I plan on telling everyone I know to go to this Shop. This is truly a fantastic Honest Shop. I will drive back 75 miles to give them my Tire business as they made a Miracle happen for me ... May God Bless this Shop as well as Alex and Edy, as without them I Would have been struck in Danbury CT though One of the worst Snowstorms to hit the East Coast without a truck . I am from Manchester but made the trip to visit my bf in Greenwhich. On the way home l got a flat tire. Road side assistance helped change into a donut. I had to find a place to put on an actual tire so l could get home 100 miles away. I looked up tire places on yelp and saw good reviews and made the trip here. The mechanic showed amazing customer service! I didn't have much money on me an they were very accommodating, they gave me a great price to change the donut with a used tire. They finished in good timing and did a great job!!! The mechanic was really friendly which l appreciated. The service here is outstanding and l couldn't be any happier with this experience. My rear passenger tire had slowly been losing air for a while now, but it got to the point where I was filling it up everyday and I was nervous I'd have a blowout. I have a leased Tesla so I was doubly nervous the cost would be crazy to repair or I'd have to buy expensive replacements to meet the lease agreement. Love that they are open 7 days/week so I headed over on Sunday morning (Easter, no less) and 20 minutes and a few bucks later I had a plugged tire as they had removed a nail. They fixed the pressure on all tires, too. Feel great, and I will definitely visit them and recommend them for any future tire needs. So happy with the service. read more

I gotta give a shout out to this local shop. Snowstorm, and I have a completely flat tire. I called a tire shop down the street from my job and they said they'll gladly take me in but was waiting delivery on tires that I needed. Delivery couldn't come(because it's horrific outside) so an employee on duty went out in the storm and picked up my tires. Wow. That's customer service. I'm sending everyone here. Took over a long established car repair facility on the same site a little less than a year ago. We had some repairs that were coming due and gave them a shot. Very happy with the service, friendly, fast and honest. All repairs completed before they said they would be finished, and even had an emergency repair on a weekend that they turned in a few hours. I Called Danbury tires up at 02:41pm took my truck in within 20min around 03:04pm of calling and done in amazing time frame at 04:04pm when the called me. Driving around and then realize a flat tire, I stop there. Two young gentleman at front desk, helped me kindly and fast. The young mechanic took my car and after less than 10in. Amazing place. The staff is really nice. I had my oil change there done and got 4 tires. They have a waiting room where it's warm and some coffee or coke to drink.
